This recently constructed mews house is located in a surprisingly quiet private lane within the central Conservation area. It has a private parking space.

It is only a 5 minutes walk to Princes Street. Car rental place is nearby. All the attractions of Edinburgh city centre are within walking distance: galleries, museums, theatre, cinema, Princes Gardens, shopping, The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle.

The Bus and Railway stations are very close by. In the adjacent street there is a wide selection of restaurants and interesting food outlets, including the famous Valvona and Corolla delicatessen.

The house is modern, comfortable, open and light, suitable for 2 to 6 people. It has two double bedrooms and a further bedroom with a double sofa bed.
