  Quiet. Clean. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 bath on lower entry level, then upstairs level has another bathroom, charming kitchen with pass-thru to small dining-room table, and cozy seating area with flat-screen, cable, FAST WI-FI,dvd. This sitting area is next to wall/window with a nice view of Mts., including Pagosa Peak. I enjoyed the stars at night. Perfect for my husband and I and our college-age son...when sibling visited one night we used a cot that we provided and put it up on second level. SO glad we did this for a weekly rental instead of a hotel room. You won't regret working with Randy, the owner. I believe that he had a fold-out cot also, if needed. The only folks I would not recommend this unit to are families with toddlers, because of the small flight of stairs to the 2nd level and the beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Convenient location, grocery, restaurants, bars are short drive, you will need a car to get back on main road 160 and head east down Putt Hill if you are going to old downtown Pagosa (my fav) and the hot springs. Try Old Town Market at the foot of Putt Hill for yummy hippie health juices and smoothies,sandwiches. Wolf Creek Pass, great snow sports, still lovely and as yet unspoiled by misguided developers' plans.

  We had a great stay! The condo was very comfortable and well appointed, and is in a really quiet neighborhood with fantastic views of the mountains and a lake just accross the street. Groceries and restaurants are walking distance, and there are lots of quiet roads and a pedestrian/bike path in the area for biking. Hot air balloons were visible almost every morning, and the birds at the feeders were so pleasant to hear in the morning. Owner Randy is very responsive and great to work with - we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Pagosa Springs!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We love staying in this condo over our spring break. Clean, comfortable and the views are the best in the complex. We make this our annual stop for skiing spring break. Close by the only grocery store that we know of. You will not be disappointed, just don't try and get my dates!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  This condo was an excellent value. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved the location, the view and the layout. There was ample closet space for storage which really helps with ski luggage, etc. The photos do not do the interior justice and the views were fantastic. We cooked all breakfast and evening meals and found the kitchen to be well equipped and the remaining rooms comfortable. The owner was wonderful to work with and provided an open line of communication. We will definitely visit this condo again and recommend it to friends.

  Quiet, comfortable, and many amenities. It is close to everything and the view is awesome! We enjoyed our stay there and wouldn't hesitate renting it again.

  We enjoyed our stay at Randy's place. We stayed in March while skiing, and enjoyed the Mountain Views from the living room. It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Well located on the west side of town. We spent little time in the condo itself. In the second bedroom our kids brought sleeping bags and used them on top of the futon mattress--placing it on the floor. (It may soon be replaced according to Randy.) We had a little confusion programing the heater at night, but figured it out on our last night. Thank you for our stay in Pagosa Springs!

  We had a wonderful stay here. A very clean and cozy corner condo unit that had everything we needed. Watching satellite TV and the DVD movies provided on the comfortable couches helped us relax in evenings after skiing at the Wolf Creek Ski resort. Groceries and restaurants were easily accessible right before the complex, plus the City Market (grocery) card provided helped save us some money food shopping. Prompt and courteous communications helped get our trip on the road. Many thanks for sharing your home with us.
