Relax, rejuvenate and enjoy the beauty and serenity of Fripp Island from our scenic, 2010 remodeled and freshly painted home. Our home boasts an open floor plan, ideal for large families or groups of friends wanting to get away from it all. Large eat-in kitchen with adjoining dining room with seating for 8-10 people. Beautiful Carolina room overlooks wooded lot, where wildlife is often seen on a late afternoon walk!

There are two first floor bedrooms - one with two sets of bunk beds (twin/twin and full/twin) and one with king size bed. There is one large master suite upstairs with king size bed and private bathroom. The living room provides additional sleeping accommodations with a full-size pull-out Futon sofa and daybed with trundle.
Our home is centrally located on this island paradise, across the street from walking/biking paths and just a short walking distance to the best beach access. WE PROVIDE THE USE OF OUR GOLF CART, SO GETTING AROUND THE ISLAND IS EASY!(a $250 value if renting cart through the island resort!)
Whatever you want to do, it is just minutes away and available for your use with Island AMENITY CARDS - available for purchase.
Children 12 and younger do not need a card. These cards provide you access to all island swimming pools, golf courses, tennis courts, Camp Fripp (children's recreation activity center), not to mention the island restaurants and fitness center!

Hi, We have stayed at this location six (6) times over the past five years. We own an 8 bedroom house on the island. When we usually go, our house is rented. We found this location through a mutual friend. We are very comfortable with the layout of the house. We usually stay upstairs (king w/ private bath). Our children take the bunk room downstairs. Sometimes we have another couple stay. They occupy the 3rd bedroom (also downstairs). The house is spacious. We love the kitchen...the beach feeling with a large island and real wood floors. The location is perfect. For the price, we don't expect ocean views. It is a short drive or bicycle ride. IMO is is one of the best values on the island. We plan to return. I hope you will too.
