Villa completed in 2012 in a quiet, sunny location in the Lely Resort Golf & Country Club. The property is adjacent to a nature reserve and has a lot of private space. Apart from an air-conditioned living area of 260sq.m the villa has a courtyard that is partially roofed with a heated pool and Jacuzzi and a spacious terrace with view of the nature reserve. The villa is furnished, bright and comfortable in a modern country house style. A spacious open living cum dining and kitchen area with large floor to ceiling windows forms the core of the house. From here you can get to the courtyard and to the terrace garden. The master suite with bathroom and walk-in closet also has direct access to the pool area in the courtyard. In the second sleeping area there are two guest rooms with Jack & Jill bath. In the cabana there is an additional bedroom with bathroom and a small breakfast kitchen.
Lely Resort is located about 12 km south of Naples near the Everglades. There is one private and two public 18-hole golf courses at the huge complex with well-maintained greenery, bicycle trails and footpaths. The Players Club & Spa accessible only by members and their guests has a spa and wellness area, gym, tennis courts, basketball court and a restaurant other than a pool area with waterfall and bar.
