Great location on this three and a half mile island, our tennis villa is just across the street from the Beach, Beach Club, and swimming pools. A large deck provides a beautiful, serene view of the marsh. Wildlife abounds - herons, egrets, pelicans, and deer have all been spotted from the deck. Centrally located on the island, this townhouse villa is recently painted and redecorated for your comfort. It is fully furnished and linens are provided. We also provide games, cards, and reading materials for your enjoyment.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with generous closet and drawer space. In addition to a full bath, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen, there is also a living room that faces the marsh and deck with a sleeper sofa. A TV and VCR are also located in the living room. Our villa has wireless internet for your use. An alcove in the kitchen houses the washer and dryer. A spiral staircase connects the first floor to the second. The upstairs loft bedroom (decorated with lots of fish) has three twin beds. There is also a full bath, large closet, and dresser, as well as an additional TV and VCR. We request No Smoking inside the villa. Our villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and cleaned again after your departure. Our housekeeper takes pride in careful cleaning of our home.
Fripp Island is a great family vacation place if you are interested in finding a clean, quiet, relaxing beach. There are two golf courses on either end of the island. In addition to the fitness center, Olympic-size pool, and adult pool across the street from the villa, there are also two other pools located on the island. Golf carts and bicycles are available for rental at the Marina. Bike paths cover most of the island. There are also summer programs and camps available for children, as well as charter fishing trips and other nature activities for the adults. Fishing is also available on the nearby Hunting Island "Paradise Pier." The beach is easily accessible from the tennis villas (across the street and behind the Beach Club). Fripp is a gated community with a security guard at the entrance.
Our unit comes with a club membership which allow you to purchase amenity cards that enable you to have access to all of the amenities on the island. Golfing is also available off the island at Cat Island and other nearby courses.We also provide a Low Country Passport which offers discounts at many area restaurants, shops, and tours.
If you are interested in exploring off of the island, Beaufort is a beautiful historic city with walking and guided tours. We are also close to Hilton Head and historic Charleston.

We love it being a gated community and have never found a place as beautiful as Fripp. The tennis villas are in a great location and affordable. My wifes family began coming to Fripp in 1967.

Perfect spot for a perfect vacation. The villa is roomier than it even appears in the pictures, and everything was just as we expected. Clean and comfortable. The location can't get any better for great views along with access to beach, pools and the beach club amenities. The owners were very helpful and always available. We recommend this tennis villa without reservation!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I just got back from a fabulous and relaxing week at Fripp. I must say I was very impressed with the condo. It was very roomy... which I didn't expect. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The most wonderful part was the large deck out back. We were treated to wildlife shows each day...deer walking along the marsh path, the osprey teaching their chicks to fly, baby racoons tiptoeing across the marsh, and numerous water birds and crabs. A special thanks to the Spencers for being so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this unit and would love to come again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This villa was AWESOME! It was so cute and even nicer than the pictures. The villa had a great location with great access to the beach and marshes. The walk to the beach was only about two or three minutes. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!
