This new 2800 square foot luxury home is professionally decorated and has a fenced private pool in back of home beach side. Two decks to view the beach, both master bedrooms have access to upper sun deck to view ocean and its surroundings.
Direct beach front. Private walk over to beach from back yard, the home is 10 minutes from major attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Murrells Inlet, golf, shopping, and all popular Myrtle Beach attractions.
Surfside Beach is a family beach less crowded than Myrtle Beach five miles north. The beach is wide with white sand and life guards during the summer season.

My family and I, along with other family members; stayed in this house from 23-Jul-11 thru 30-Jul-11. It is everything that it is advertised to be via the internet. The house was very clean and comfortable and the backyard with the deck and pool were amazing. We were only steps from the beach and the view was beautiful. We had no complaints at all, but Amanda and Jason were available to answer any questions that we had. The area around the house had everything that we could have wanted, restaurants; stores and recreation such as para-sailing were within ten minutes by car or better yet by golf cart. In addition, the beach area is patrolled and the family atmosphere is maintained. All of us can not say enough good things about this property and about Amanda and Jason from McKown Properties in Surfside Beach, S.C.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this home the week of June 25th-July 3rd. We had a GREAT time. The house was wonderful, exactly as it is depicted in the pictures. It has been well mantained. We had a minor issue with the internet service, and it was resolved quicky. Can't say enough about Amanda and Jason from the rental company!!!!!! The beach is literally steps away, and the pool is a good size for a 4 bedroom.. We would definitely stay here again!!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This home is in a great location in Surfside Beach, with easy access to Broadway at the Beach, restaurants and many golf courses. It's right on the beach (literally steps away) with a good sized swimming pool. There is plenty of room in the house with updated furnishings, and it is in very good condition. Our only complaint was with the air conditioning as we had a hard time getting the inside temperature below 80 degrees. Overall a very enjoyable week and we would stay there again.
Owner response:We had a very hot summer especially the week you were visiting (in the 100s). You were great guest and we look forward to you visiting with us again. We had our AC tech go out and ispect the unit, he said it was functioning properly but added some freon.
