We could have stayed here forever! The condo is decorated impeccably and it was a pleasure to stay here. The location of the condo within the complex is perfect. You have ocean views from the lanai, and you are close to the pool, as well as, the BBQ grills. I would return again and again, and I'd highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Waikoloa.

My wife and I spent nearly three weeks in this lovely condo unit in February. Last year we were there for two weeks, liked it so much we returned this year. If you like the Waikoloa resort area, you'll find that Vista offers the intersection of good prices, excellent location and solid construction like no other development there. If you want, you can park your car and walk EVERYwhere, for just about anything you want or need. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning. Thanks to Tony and Linda for the great remodeling job, too.

The condo was clean, well maintained and attractively decorated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we enjoyed eating breakfast and dinners on the lanai. In general, it was like having all the comforts of home while being on vacation. Definitely better than staying in a hotel room! The salt water pool and hot tubs were a very nice diversion. While there is plenty to do out and about, Waikoloa Beach would not be my top vacation destination when traveling with young children unless your children like golf, shopping or other retirement activities. Nonetheless, if you do find yourself in Waikoloa with a young child, the beach is an easy walking distance and the Hilton at Waikoloa has a free boat/tram and dolphins that are worth checking out. The glass bottom boat tours were also within an easy walking distance from the condo. All of the information you need to navigate your way around the area was provided in the pamphlets that were in the condo. It was all well-organized and very helpful. Clearly a lot of time was put into the small details that made staying at the condo a pleasure. We highly recommend this condo if you're in the area.

We stayed at the Vista Waikoloa property over the Christmas week. It is beautifully decorated, in a great location, and well appointed. Staying there made for a wonderful trip. Don't miss the sea turtles at A Bay, a short walk away!

The property is exactly as adverised and more! Luxurious bedroom and master bathroom with morning views, cosy living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and breezy outdoor patio for dining and reading in the sunshine. My fiancé and I stayed for a week and travelled extensively around the Big Island - we looked forward to coming home every evening. Everything you might need has been thoughtfully provided - cooking and and serving simple meals was fun and hassle free, there was coffee in the morning, beach towels, and even sun tan lotion! The owners provided very helpful suggestions on where to eat and what to do and visit. The condo is very tastefully decorated so you feel like you are living in a good friend's home. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

My two children and I recently returned from our second vacation at this luxurious Vista Waikoloa condo. It is very spacious, and is tastefully and comfortably appointed. The décor is extremely pleasing; it made us feel warm and welcome. We certainly had all the comforts of home (and then some i.e. a large flat screen TV, a huge lanai with comfy lounges to watch sunsets, and marble bathrooms with glass showers, just to name a few much appreciated “extras”). My daughter said she felt like a princess when she slept in the guest room’s four-poster bed. Overall, we felt spoiled being here! The grounds are perfectly manicured; the gym has top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and the salt water pool is heavenly. Anaehoomalu Bay is a short distance away and offers fantastic swimming, snorkelling and Hawaiian sea-turtle watching. Shopping is plentiful and is within walking distance. There is so much to see and do on this spectacular yet serene island. There is no other place on the Big Island where we would rather stay. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Tony and Linda, for welcoming us into your lovely Hawaiian home once again!

Really enjoying your beautiful Vista Waikoloa home! Your remodel lady had her help here to do some measuring on Tuesday so looks like plans are progressing for you in that area! Don't know how you can improve on perfection but sounds like the new version will be pretty incredible!!
