This newly decorated home, features 4 bedrooms, including a large master suite, 2.5 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, family room, den, and big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the separate breakfast area.
The backyard is very private, fenced with a pool (heat extra), heated spa, patio furniture and a gas barbecue. This home is within walking distance of grocery shopping and within blocks of all that Las Vegas has to offer.
Sleeps 10-12. The beds in each room are as follows: 1 King, 1 King, Double + Twin, Double + Twin, Queen Sleeper Sofa (in private room) . no smoking, no pets.

Hello Phyllis,
I just wanted to thank you so much for the great rental! The house was beautifully decorated and nicely setup. The pool was a hit during the hot summer day! The rooms were great size and the bathrooms were clean. The master was a lovely spacious suite. It was perfect for us to relax and enjoy our time while my family visited. The location couldn't have been better for access to the store, freeways and casinos.
It was the perfect place for us! I've already referred you and the house to a number of our family members and friends who come to Las Vegas during the year! We really enjoyed our time there.LC

Date: April 14, 2011: We felt a warm welcome as we entered Crystal Haven, located in a lovely quiet and clean neighborhood. The house is beautifully staged, clean and spacious. We re-united with friends there for a week-long stay. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. The floor plan allows for much privacy to accommodate all. If we were planning a trip back to Vegas we would be looking to stay there. Thanks for making our vacation all we hoped it to be.

We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving and were very disappointed. The house wasn't well stocked, lots of things broke while we were there and it wasn't as clean as we would have lliked. The location is good, but not worth the money.
Owner response:The (very meticulous) Owner was at the property exactly 4 days before "Lilianna + Guests” Party had their vacation. Before every tenant, the house is cleaned, stocked with necessary supplies (new toiletries, complimentary wine, fresh linens, etc) and primed for each guest to enjoy the use of the house, pool, spa, kitchen, billiards table, location, and more! In 5+ years, this is the first negative review and we feel that perhaps Lilianna’s disappointing vacation was pre-determined by the hassle of their in-bound flights being canceled due to poor weather. The guest’s complaints were submitted the day before their departure and the issues mentioned (broken toilet handle {in 1 of 3 bathrooms}, garbage disposal issue, broken can opener) were fixed by the local property manager within hours. The Owner knows that WITHOUT A DOUBT, the house was fully stocked and prepared for the guests’ arrival. Unfortunately, we could not anticipate the issues that arose; we could only fix them as fast as possible. A credit was offered as we strive to make all parties happy.
