This Topsail Dunes unit 2205 is a second-floor condo that is oceanfront and poolside. Guests will enjoy watching the dolphins swim in the surf and watch the sunrise over the ocean.
This unit is newly renovated with all the comforts of home. Master bedroom has queen-size bed, second bedroom has two bunk beds. The unit is newly tiled in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. No need to pack beach chairs or body boards - we have them for you too!
Topsail Dunes has a private tennis court and pool for the guests use. Don't worry about packing beach chairs, bed linens, or towels - they are provided for you. The unit has two televisions and VCRs - the kids can watch TV in their own room!!! The master bedroom overlooks the ocean - let the waves put you to sleep at night.

Our family resides in North Carolina. We purchased a unit at Topsail Dunes when our first child was born because we wanted to have our own getaway that the children would grow up in and remember all their lives. North Topsail beach is a great family beach. It is a slower pace that is really attractive. When you visit you really enjoy the ocean and your family time. We love sharing our unit with other families creating their own Topsail Island memories.

We enjoyed your condo very much - hope to come again. Very clean and great location overlooking the dunes, pool and beach. Provided beach chairs and body boards a big plus for travel packing. We recommend The Green Turtle in Sneads Ferry for a good seafood dinner. Compliments to your housekeeper - she was very nice and accomodating.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children.
