Why the Owner Chose Bungalos
We love the white sand beaches along the Florida panhandle. They are the some of the most beautiful beaches around. We chose Sandestin because it is very family friendly. Our bungalo is located in a private, cozy, neighborhood where are kids can ride their bikes or take the short walk to the pool. We are able to drive our golf cart to restaurants/shops/recreation sites.
The golf courses and tennis courts are wonderful. There are so many benefits to purchasing our bungalo.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our bungalo has a screened in porch and ceiling fans and we spend many hours playing games there with our children. Our neighborhood pool is within walking distance so it is very conveniently located to our bungalo. We own a golf cart that gets us anywhere on the property, quickly and easily. There are wide sidewalks around the property that allow us to ride our bikes as a family or take walks.

We are a family of 4. Our daughter is 11 years old and our son is 8 years old. Our home is is Birmingham, Alabama. We enjoy baseball, Alabama football,tennis, and visiting our bungalo. We have 3 cats: Kit, Cupcake and Midnight but they are not fond of the beach nor car rides!
