  Owner quick to respond and communication very good when making a reservation. Decor was nice, balcony has fantastic view, fireplace nice touch. Lighting is great if you want ambiance, very poor for reading. One lamp with a dark shade, small insufficient light in kitchen but can turn on ceiling fan with lights an get 240 watts of blinding light. Advertised HDTV does not have the HD channels to watch, picture quality poor. I appreciate a firm bed but this was very hard. If you plan on doing any cooking bring your own measuring cups and spoons, has pots but no casserole dishes for the small oven. When the toast pops out of the toaster it trips the breaker, so we had bread for breakfast not toast. Owner, 1 lamp on each end table and light colored shades along with more efficient lighting in the kitchen would improve the place greatly, along with a better mattress cover for comfort.

  Owner response: Thank you for the input. Although, the mattress was fairly new,we agree, it was too firm. We have replaced it (March 2) and the lampshades - to allow better lighting. The TVs are HD, but the building wiring at this time does not support HD. The HOA is discussing this and hopefully we will have new HD channels soon.

  My wife and I stayed at the condo for our one year anniversary. It was exactly as described and the pictures really don't do it justice. It is located close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer and is very well maintained and has an outstanding view from the 12th floor. The building its self was very clean and had a lot of great features with 2 pools and hot tubs. The staff was great. We will definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  This was the first time that I used this site to book a condo and I just need to let everyone know that it was a very smooth transaction and the owner was very easy to communicate with. He let us know ahead of time what to expect when we arrived. The condo was everything described and much more. Thanks we had an awesome time!

  My wife and I stayed at this unit while we were in town for the Myrtle Beach Marathon and it was great. Everything was as described and was very clean. The owner always responded quickly to any questions that I had before our visit. Finally, the view of the Ocean was amazing! I would definitely recommend this unit to a friend that was looking for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach!

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  My husband, 22 month old daughter and I stayed in this condo. I honestly don't feel the pictures did it justice. It's VERY nice, clean and in a perfect area! It's close to everything, broadway on the beach and all the stuff on Broadwalk, but far enough out of the hustle of the crowd. The view from the balcony is priceless, we even saw dolphins out swimming around the day we were leaving!! Bill was great to work with, this was my first time booking with VRBO, and he made it very easy. We didn't want to leave and we miss it already. We went to start coming to MB every year with our family and if we need a one bedroom condo again we will DEFINITELY get this one!! Thanks again Bill, it was wonderful!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  Went down from 24 June to 4 July 2011. The facility was clean, well managed and a great place for the money. The condo was very nice, great view and close to everything that you may need. Well maintained and just right for 2 adults. You could do w/o a automobile here. Looking forward to going back!

  We stayed at this condo the week of 5.27-6.4 and it was beautiful. Bill was really easy to work with, very helpful and offered information about the area, places to eat, grocery, etc....The pictures are exactly how it looks in person. Very clean, well kept, updated etc.....the view from the balcony was incredible as well!!! This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, but will definitely NOT be our last. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance, restaurants, shopping, grocery, bar/grill type places, activities etc....I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to have a great time at a ncie place for a great price! My only complaint would be that our week went by way too fast!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We have stayed at the Merdian for several years and have enjoyed this unit for the past 2. The new floor tile, bathroom fixtures, electric fireplace and furniture make it a cozy retreat from the hustle of the Grand Strand. As non-smoking seniors we appreciate the "fresh air" of the non-smoking policy of the building.

  We stayed in the condo during Thanksgiving week. The weather was great and we ran the roads. The condo was nice and clean and the king bed was comfortable. The view from the open balcony is great. The only thing I didn't care for was the "small" kitchen, but other than that, I would stay there again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Nice unit, incredible view. Is walking distance to grocery store, downtown attractions as well as many restaurants. Only a few blocks from Broadway at the Beach. Indoor and outdoors pools and hot tubs were a bonus.
