Stay in gated golf community just 10 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes from Fort Myers Airport (RSW). Gordon-Lewis designed golf course is an 18 hole, par 71, 6344-yard course with over 110 acres of lakes, marshes and preserves. Transfer of membership enables guests to enjoy all the amenities, including golf, for just the cost of the cart ($17 for 18 holes and $9.50 for nine holes). Dining room, clubhouse, bar/lounge, pro shop, lighted har-tru tennis courts and state-of-the-art fitness center for your enjoyment. Day lockers provided at no cost to tenants and guests.
This Barrington Veranda unit (non-smoking) features two bedrooms, a den, two baths, a tiled, open floor plan, and a one-car garage. You are on the second floor with beautiful lake views.
The master suite is large and beautifully decorated with ample storage in the large dresser, two night stands, and two walk-in closets. We also have a hands-free phone and alarm clock on the nightstand. The fan above will keep you comfortable with a cool breeze.
The second bedroom features two twin beds and a large closet. The second bath is conveniently adjacent to the bedroom.
The unit also features a den for your unexpected guests with a pull-out, queen-size sofa bed, and a TV with cable, DVD and VCR.
The living room features a 32-inch TV and a comfortable sofa/love-seat combo. The furnished lanai offers a great sunrise and comfortable seating for four-plus. The brand-new kitchen has cabinetry and new appliances including an ice-maker and microwave.
Everything you could possibly imagine for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying yourself while on vacation is here at your fingertips. We even have beach chairs and beach towels for our guests to use. The dining room seats eight comfortably, while the chandelier and fan create a comfortable dining environment.
