Why the Owner Chose Sawmill Creek
We really like the town of Breckenridge because it has so much to offer year round. The ski mountain is amazing, but it doesn't stop there. The town offers great food and shopping. There are all kinds of outdoor activities such as hiking, fly-fishing in the Blue River, mountain biking, boating on Lake Dillon, white water rafting, and more.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While our condo has a plethora of favorable amenities, it was the location in the town of Breckenridge that caught out attention. It's at the end of the 4 o'clock run. It's located only two blocks away from the heart of main street. The blue river is 1 block away. The free town shuttle has a stop in both directions right in front of the building. Park your car and leave it the whole time you stay because you won't need to drive.
Free bus service to Peaks 7, 8, & 9, the Gondola, Keystone, and just about anywhere else in summit county.
Hosts the Snow Sculpture Carving, Music Festival, Chili Cookoff, and numerous concerts throughout the year.

Tawny and Nick Becker are residents of Denver, CO and purchased the condo in Breckenridge in 2008 as a second home. We are big into outdoor activities- skiing and snowboarding in the winter, hiking, biking, and fishing in the summer.

This condo is perfect. Whether you are coming to ski, snowboard, hike, bike, or enjoy the nightlife this location is ideal. A few minutes walk to the gondola or downtown makes enjoying Breckenridge convenient and easy. I could not ask for a better place, the condo had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Several families could be accommodated so there is plenty of space. We look forward to going back this sunmmer and next winter. I woudl highly reconmend this condo and you cannot beat the price.

We spent a couple days here with perfect spring skiing conditions with my wife's mother from South America. She had never been to a place like Breck and couldn't get over that something that seemed like a living Christmas card could exist. Having a place like home to stay made our vacation. This is a lovely condo in a fantastic location near everything to do in Breck and walking distance to town and the Gondolas. Nick and Tawny were wonderful to work with to make our stay enjoyable and the condo had everything to feel right at home. Extra touches such as the docking station for my I touch, reading material, and the gas fireplace for warm cozy nights were great. You just can't beat a vacation in Breckenridge and this condo had all the comforts of home to make our stay unforgettable.

We had an extremely enjoyable extended stay here. During our time here we were joined by our son & his family for 10 days. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us, and the 4 girls absolutely loved the loft area. The location is perfect with everything within easy reach. There's really no need for a car. Tawny was extremely accomodating as our plans changed from when we originally booked the condo. We were quite happy here.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very comfortably furnished, and the location was great. Having the bus stop right in front of the complex was nice, and it was an easy walk into town. Also enjoyed the ability to ski-in from the Four O'Clock run.
