We spent the month of January 2011 at this beautiful condo. It is very well maintained, has every amenity you could want and the owners were very helpful in answering our questions. The property is perfectly situated, so that the pool, the beach, the walking trails, tennis courts & even the grocery store are all located within a 10 minute walk. We especially liked the National Seashore, Merritt Wildlife Refuge, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse & all the farmers' markets - especially the one at the Volusia County Fairgrounds & downtown NSB. Favorite food places would be Oceans Seafood, Stravos Pizza & Flip Flops. We would recommend it to everyone.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My husband, son and I all had colds when we left home for our time at Sea Woods, and within a couple of days there, we were feeling fine. The pictures don't do this condo justice! I don't know how to represent it other than to say that everything was really NICE, down to the details. The kitchen is well-equipped, including tupperware, good knives and even a muffin tin, which I used! There is pretty lighting throughout. A well-situated screen-in veranda, perfect for enjoying a candle-lit dinner with the new furniture. It's view is the pool, which is heated in the cooler months. We were able to put our baby down for a nap and hang out by the pool using a moniter. Everything was clean. The owners have definitely put a lot of thought and care into making the rental experience a pleasant and care-free time for the renters. There are two parks that are amazing if you are into the undeveloped beach experience, both within 10 minutes of the condo: New Smyrna Dunes Park was our favorite but Canaveral National Seashore (to the south) was beautiful too. Just make sure you take plenty of mosquito repellent for that one. The condo is on the no-drive zone of New Smyrna, which after seeing the rest of the beach was definitely my preference. It's a very peaceful, quiet area and surprising at how close conveniences (like the Food Lion) are. One of our favorite restaurant discoveries was J.B.'s Fish Camp, a sea food "dive" right on the inter-coastal waterway. The best hush puppies! I would certainly recommend this condo!

Elegant Comfort

What a wonderful vacation home. The home is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything you could think you would need was provided. Proximity to the pool couldn't have been better! Our family of four were very comfortable and felt right at home.

We have just returned from a glorious month in our favorite unit at Sea Woods and are already looking forward to our return in 2011. Kelly and Dan have done an awesome job of updating their home and keeping it in pristine condition. The heated pool is just steps away and the beach is only a 3 or 4 minute walk. There are many fine restaurants nearby and our favorite continues to be JB's!

Great place to get away from upstate NY winter weather. Condo very comfortable and has everything you need. I particularly liked the fact that it was easy to keep clean. Kelly was easy to communicate with, responded quickly to all my questions. Don't hesitate to rent this condo!!

We want to thank you so much for such a clean comfortable condo. Because you cared so much, we had everything anyone would ever need. I really enjoyed your kitchen, It was so well stocked. My husband enjoyed your flat screen TVs. We have been renting condos for 32 years, in all that time , There were only two condos I did not have to spend days cleaning, yours was one of them. I cant tell you how nice it is to walk into a condo that is so clean, and one I didnt have to go out and buy anything , you had all we needed. Thanks again, Barb and Verlin

We rented this condo at the last minute when we found out the condo we own would be unavailable for our vacation due to a construction project. Our disappointment in not being able to use our own condo quickly disappeared when we arrived at this lovely veranda unit in Sea Woods. It was well furnished and felt like home in no time. The updates to the unit are very nice. We loved the location right next to the pool, and the proximity to the beach was very convenient. Great condo!!

This veranda home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. The convenience to the pool was great for the kids and the game cube an extra bonus. We appreciated the extra amenities that this home offered. We had a wonderful time at the beach. It was clean and beautiful and not far from the veranda. We absolutely loved our vacation here! We can not wait to return next year!
