These are our own family condos, very clean and cozy. Located in Palm Desert, in the gated community of Monterey Country Club. 36 pools and spas, 19 tennis courts, fitness center and a newly remodeled clubhouse and restaurant. Let's not forget 27 holes of Championship GOLF.

UNIQUE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY AND WHY WE BOUGHT IT
Our two condos have the most spectacular views in the whole complex, and my wife and I took advantage of that view and made the patio extra large back there for maximum enjoyment and comfort.
We just finished remodeling both places they look and feel great if I may say so myself.

Everything was as advertised, Philip was always available for any questions, and the location is as good as it gets; great views, well maintained, and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staying here exceeded our expectations.

This condo offered more then what we expected. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great for us to walk to several pools. The view from the patio was amazing, better then any other condo. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart, especially our kids. We would stay here again. It was a perfect place for relaxing, felt like home expect for the 90 degree weather. Thank you Philip.

Stayed here the month of April Ths snow was still flying at home but 90 degree weather most days in Palm Desert. The unit was great with the best view in Monteray country club. I drove the golf cart around to check it out (the view) and this view was superior.The Condo was everything the write up said and the pictures accurate .Philip was most accomodating. The wonderful pool just steps away. I shall return !!!!

Stayed the entire month of March/2011. What a great condo with an excellant location. Just mins. from just about anywhere in the desert. The unit was in a great location in Monterey and was very quite. The unit we stayed in last year had carpet. This unit had new tile floors and that was great. Philip is very good to work with on the rental. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

We had a great stay at this property and you will too. Back patio is very nice and the views are stellar. This unit is furnished very well has all the amenities you need for a nice relaxing stay. If you are not familiar with the area Monterey Country Club is conveniently located in Palm Desert and a quick drive opens up plenty of shopping and dining options. Philip was great to deal with and all inquiries were answered with speed. Look forward to staying here again.

We stayed for a few weeks in April. Everything is as advertised, the pictures tell the story. Phillip answered all my questions and was very easy to work with. The kitchen has all the tools needed, and then some. The location is the best in the valley, close to all the great restaurants and shopping. The chipping green is so close you can walk to it. The best part for us was the oversized patio, we spent a lot of time there. It is west facing and the sunsets with the mountains as the backdrop are perfect. Very relaxing atmosphere for our family. Terrific location, located right on fairway #2. Beautiful outside patio with panoramic views. We brought our entire family of 6 and we all had a very comfortable stay. The accomdation were very clean and spacious. Even better than the online photos. We look forward to renting this unit again.
