The kitchen has beautiful new wood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils are included. There is a breakfast bar that seats four. The dining room is off the kitchen and will seat up to six people. All dinnerware is included. The living room is furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture with a large flat screen television. French doors lead out to the covered patio.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has a washer & dryer, and a tankless water heater for never-ending hot water. It is completely fenced for privacy with tropical landscaping. Conveniently located, it is just minuets away from beaches, restaurants, shops, casinos, and golf. Sleeps up to 6.
