Come stay in our 3 bedroom/3 bath luxury condo with 2 Master Suites. Overlooking the 9th green of the championship golf course. This unit is extremely quiet. It is away from all main roads and nowhere near any of the local train tracks. This beautifully appointed unit has been recently remodeled with new tile flooring, new carpeting, new furniture, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and granite counters.
The two Master Suites have cal-king sized beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room is wonderfully furnished for either a relaxing evening at home or for entertaining a few friends for a dinner party. As you can see by the pictures the kitchen is perfect for entertaining as well. The couch in the living room can be pulled out for another sleeping area for two more guests.
Step out to the south facing over sized patio with built in bar-b-que and cook a wonderful dinner for your family & friends. Just steps away are a quiet pool and spa. This unit comes with use of a 4 seater golf cart and platinum level membership for the length of your stay. We think our home has everything you will want to make you feel at home, including WIFI, multiple TV’s, free long distance (in the US), cable with every premium channel imaginable, etc.
Palm Valley Country Club is a family friendly club with two 18 hole golf courses, 16 tennis courts, fully equipped fitness center and spa and excellent restaurants. Nearby are the world class shopping, golf, restaurants, and activities of beautiful Palm Desert, California.
