Beautiful, relaxing 3 bedroom home located in a quiet, residential neighborhood (please no loud parties) with Lake Conroe in your backyard. Enjoy boating or fishing from the private boat dock. Boat dock has boat and jetski lifts for your convenience. Also enjoy the large screened in back porch and outdoor firepit.

Sam Houston National Forest not far for hiking, biking, etc. Bring your fishing gear if interested in fishing off the dock. Propane barbeque grill available for your use also. Small dogs will be taken on a case by case basis only and a pet deposit will be in addition.
