  Great place to stay and was great for my family of 6. Nicely located to Boyne Mountain, very close and very easy to get back and forth. Nicely located close to town and also the grocery store. Highly recommend!

  My family stayed in this great centrally located home during spring break 2011. We were excited by the value and the pictures on the website, but when we arrived we couldn't believe how big and nicely done this home is! There are two units that are connected by locked doors to provide either privacy or fellowship. Both units are much bigger by themselves than the pictures suggest, but together this place offers a LOT of space for the money. The unit not shown in the pictures is even nicer than the one in the pictures! Very, very comfortable and clean, which you can only get when the owners vacation here as well, which they do. We loved the quietness and location right across from the water with great views and easy walking access to town. The extras of kayaks and other water toys was a real plus! We are looking forward to staying here again soon! Thanks John and Jackie for keeping such a nice place for others to enjoy in this beautiful area!

  This home was perfect for us. It was a walk to downtown Boyne, just a couple minutes from Young State Park and beautiful beaches. We have a young son who loved it. The living room and kitchen are very open and clean. It was also great having a big backyard with a firepit for the evenings. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a place in this area.

  My husband and I found this cozy little cottage for our stay while attending a wedding in the area. Upon arrival, we found the cottage to be clean and comfortable. Entering was a breeze as was everything else. The view was amazing and it's very short drive (actually you could walk) to the market and restaurants made it all the more perfect. The tasks that needed to be done when leaving were minimal and were easily done in a short amount of time. I highly recommend staying at this cute, cozy and comfortable cottage!

  Me and a few friends rented this place so we could go skiing for the weekend at Boyne. We had a blast and there was plenty of room and plenty of storage for all of our gear. Very clean and full of kitchen utensils and dishes. We all Definately want to go back soon. Thank you, it was a very memorable experience.

  We rented the house to spend time skiing at Boyne Mountain. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room, blankets, pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies for all our needs. The house is within walking distance of grocery and food as well as a very short drive to the mountain. Couldn't have picked a better place than this.

  A truly great vacation home to rent. The amount of room, closets & storage were nothing short of superb. We stayed over New Years and many friends who stayed at other rentals and condos in the area all agreed our place was "the place" to be. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary utensils, so eating in after a long day at the mountain was a breeze. The laundry and mud room hallway were perfect for all the gear we brought along. The home itself has such great character...which we came to find out was a store from long ago and boasts a very cool front window perspective to Lake Charlevoix. Although Michigan State lost their bowl game we could not have asked for a more perfect vacation stay.

  The location is excellent -- it was great to ride our bikes to the lake and into Boyne City. It's a very interesting house with plenty of space to spread out. We'd definitely stay here again!
