Walk or use one of our 4 bikes to the tranquil Venice walk streets, chic Abbot Kinney Blvd, historic Venice Canals, or to the truly original Venice Beach.
Inside this beautiful Venice gem you will find a newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances (including an Asko combination washer/dryer and antique stove), new hardwood floors, newly renovated bathroom with claw foot tub, a queen-size bed in the main bedroom, and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The 2 twin beds can easily be joined into a king or separated to transform the sunroom into a 3rd Bedroom. Queen air mattress also available upon request.
This house is set in a lovely garden setting with fenced yards in both front and back. There is also plenty of free and convenient parking along the palm tree-lined street.

We are the caretakers of this property and manage the rentals for the Australian owner living abroad. We helped complete the renovations on the main house last year, adding all the personal touches of a chef, a designer, and one little french bulldog named Andre. We live in the small garage apartment off the alley, and are available to cook for a small fee and answer any questions you may have. We look forward to meeting you and sharing all the charm this house has to offer.
