- Lake View : Lake views from house are spectacular. There is one other house on the 2 acre property. There is a short walk through landscaped gardens to the beachfront, which is reserved for guests only during stay. There is also a small beach house with bathroom and refridgerator freezer at lake. There is a permanent dock. Canoe and paddleboat available at no charge. Campfire site on beach.

A True Hideway and Wonderful Base for Exploring the Finger Lakes Region

The whole family (including two teeage kids) enjoyed this vacation house. It has a little for everybody. Kitchen and washing facilities were fully stocked. Overall living and bedrooms spaces were modern, clean, and spacious. Wrap around porch had wonderful views of the lake. The dock area was a treasure and quite private. Owners were quite accomodating and helpful in addressing all of our needs. One word of caution for elderly renters is that the walk down to the beach front - while beautifully landscaped - is a little steep. We made full use of the canoe, paddle boats, and floats. The location also was perfect for our day trips to Niagara Falls (approx 100 miles) and for touring some of the local charms - i.e. the town and docks of Canadaigua, annual festivals, and the "wine" town of Naples. The price was reasonable for all that you got and we would definately recommend it to our family and friends.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

This house has it all! It was clean,comfortable and has everything you need,from a fully stocked kitchen,linens,and beautiful views! The owners were very accommodating and gracious. All of the kids had fun! They fished ,swam, and canoed. We also took our dog, and he was in Labrador Heaven! I would highly recommend this property,if you want relaxation and quality time with your family.

Very clean, new, and modern guest house. Wonderful place to vacation! Although, this is a shared property the owners were friendly. Beautiful views! There's about a 2 minute walk to the water and it's a bit of a hike for older people. The toilet and fridge were not operating down at the water. And I'm not sure where the table tennis/ping pong was located. All in all it was a nice trip!
Owner response:We have repaired both the refrigerator and the toilet down at the water. The ping pong table is stored in the garage and is available by request.

Just a quiet week away from everything,20 minutes from Wegman's and town. The owners are most gracious and accommodating. If you want to have fun and quiet this is the place. Even the dog had a ball!
