Casa Jacaranda is located in the popular Playa Zicatela area of Puerto Escondido. It is walking distance to many beach front restaurants and stores to the world renowned surf break called "Mexpipe" for world class surfing. From your third floor roof top terrace where many lazy days are spent you can see from Playa La Punta (at the far end of Playa Zicatela) to the fishing boats moored at Playa Principal. Plus, best of all it's just a block from the beach. The focal point of Casa Jacaranda is the ocean and it has been well designed to take in the ocean views from every room. You can even see the beach sand from most areas of the house.

On the first floor there are two master suites separated by the living room. There is a pool on this level, an additional outdoor but under roof sitting area, hammock, outdoor furniture, and pool loungers.

On the second floor there are two more master suites separated by the kitchen/dining area with small sitting area.

The third floor roof top terrace is always ready for entertaining. There is a covered area with tables, chairs, hammocks, and also an open sun baking area. There is a wet bar, extra refrigerator/freezer for cold beverages, gas BBQ grill, and also a half bath. So, you don't have to leave this area often once you settle in for a relaxing afternoon out of the sun.
