This large log and timber home offers easy ski-in/ski-out access right from the driveway directly to the Gondola and the Village Express. For Spring, Summer & Fall vacations, you'll enjoy immediate access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. Here is a description of some of the features & amenities:
This home is decorated with extremely comfortable, high-end furnishings for the discriminating traveler. The main floor features an enormous great room with a fieldstone fireplace and 46" flat screen HD LCD TV. There is a large, elevated patio that surrounds most of the home - providing amazing views of Snowmass, Aspen CO and the surrounding mountains as far as the eye can see.
The kitchen has granite counters, new appliances, cherry cabinets, gourmet coffee, wine and wet bar, high ceilings and beautiful picturesque windows. It is fully equipped with everything you could ever need for your vacation stay. The dining table seats 8+ with extra seating at the kitchen bar and you can walk out to a heated patio where there is a natural gas barbeque and plenty of seating.
Across the large, log and timber foyer is a large, comfortable den with a down filled couch, wonderful recliner, ottoman and 42" flat screen HD TV. Nearby is a bedroom suite with a Queen bed, flat screen LCD TV and attached bath with Jacuzzi.
A few steps down brings you to the master suite, which has a huge, custom king bed, large seating area, 46" HD LCD TV and extremely comfortable furnishings. The master bath has heated limestone floors, double sinks, separate makeup area, large steam shower and separate water closet with toilet/bidet. The master walk-in closet has plenty of shelves and space for hanging clothes.
One short flight down brings you to the 2nd floor, which boasts two very large suites with King beds, HD LCD TVs and attached bathrooms with heated floors. Both of these suites have their own French doors leading out to a patio with Rim Trail views and the hot tub.
The lower level has its own foyer and mud room with two washers, two dryers and a lower level entrance from the oversized two-car garage with heated floors. There are plenty of hooks and storage for coats, boots and equipment...including wonderful boot heaters.
The lower foyer also leads you to a large, comfortable lower level family media room with a 46" HD LCD TV, surround sound for movies and a game table. The brown leather couches pull out into very comfortable queen sleepers and contain upgraded mattresses for overflow guests. This room also has a full bath, large shower and plenty of closet space.
After a long day of skiing, pour a glass of wine or grab a beer and step outside into the hot tub with full views of the elk mountain range.
Special Feature...This home is also in the Dial-A-Ride zone so you simply call and a High Mountain van/car comes immediately to drive you anywhere in Snowmass for only $1 per person. This eliminates any hassle for coordination with families & friends that may have different schedules or needs.
