The house and grounds were fantastic. The house is outfitted with about anything you could want or need. The heated garage was a blessing. The fireplace made for a great place to dry out our hats and gloves while getting warm at the end of a cold day on the slopes. All the TVs were a huge plus to our 2 families and all the kids (the great selection of DVDs didn't hurt either). The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and then some. The table and bar area allowed both our families to eat meals all at one time in one place. The outside makes for excellent snowball fights and hide/seek games with the kids. My wife also loved the view from our bedroom window each morning. Location-wise, it's just a couple of minutes from downtown Breck. You will want a 4-wheel drive vehicle if you stay here during the winter months as the top portion of the driveway is simply too much for a 2-wheel drive car/truck in the snow.

My family and I stayed at this property last week and loved it. The place was more than we wanted to spend but once we got there we were relieved to find the place in excellent condition with plenty of space. Heck, I had a hard time getting the kids to go into town. The home is pretty high end and has what appears to be new everything. The driveway was a bit steep but it was NOT a problem. My kids played the Wii system nonstop. The Blueray movies kept us entertained and I was even able to work for a couple of days with the Wireless capability. We all loved watching the wildlife (Squirrels, Deer, Rabbits, and get this - even a Moose) right out the dining room window. We will stay there again for sure. The Martin Family
