Indigo, one of the newest and most eloquently appointed condominiums on the Gulf Coast, boasts every possible amenity. The whole family will enjoy one of the largest and most beautifully landscaped pools in the area, featuring a huge zero entry free-form pool, separate children's pool, oversized hot tub, large sundeck with lots of chairs and lounges, a gazebo, two beach boardwalks and picnic areas with BBQ grills and swings. There's also two well equipped fitness facilities, separate men's and women's locker rooms with steam and sauna, two social rooms with catering kitchens, and even a theater room!
Your elevator will whisk you to your private elevator lobby which opens directly into your luxuriously furnished Indigo home away from home. When you step through the French doors, you will immediately appreciate the attention given to every detail. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is elegantly furnished and exquisitely decorated. Enjoy the breath-taking views of the sugar-white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the main balcony featuring a table with 4 dining chairs and 2 plushly upholstered chaise loungers..
The open living area invites you to create vacation memories! There's plenty of sofa, a 42" DLP TV, DVD/VCR in the living area. The dining table seats six plus additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art GE Profile appliances, granite countertops and all small appliances and utensils you could possibly need. There is a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and even a rubbish disposal chute inside the unit for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, Large Screen LCD TV, a chair and ottoman perfect for reading, breathtaking views of the Gulf, balcony access, a large bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower and water closet, and two marble vanities, and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom offers another queen. Each of these bedrooms has it's own private bath. They also both have access to the front balcony offering sweeping views of Perdido Key and the Intracoastal canal.
This large three bedroom, 3 bath unit boasts 1997 square feet of interior living space plus two large balconies that offers panoramic views of the beach and gulf to the south and the Intracoastal Canal to the north!
Indigo has a 7 night minimum and at least two members of the party must be at least 25 years of age. Indigo does not allow guests to bring pets, and this unit is totally non-smoking (including balconies).
A deposit of is required with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Check-in time is 4PM or later and check-out time is 10AM or earlier.

This Condo is Top Shelf -it offers updated decor, a beach and bay balcany, covered parking near your elevator which takes you strait up to your foyer (Room). This unit offers the best view on the beach-ithas a slightl extended and has a entire gulf view including a west view of the beach (sunset)... It is much more impressive than the pictures on the web site. Will stay again and again...
