  The moment you walk into this incredible property you will feel absolute privacy with opportunity for enjoyment at every turn. Howie the Property Manager was there to greet us with such a fun spirit we felt so taken care of our entire stay. Bill, the property owner has done an exceptional job of creating a wonderful environment from cozy bed linens to having every kitchen and bar requirement needed to be able to cook and entertain in every fashion. We cannot recommend this property enough. We have stayed at vacation rentals around the world, Bahamas, Paris, Byron Bay and this is our favourite home. Your expectations will be exceeded with this wonderful property! yay!! THank you Bill!!!

  If you think the pictures of this place are incredible, wait until you stay here!! We celebrated my husband and friends' 40th birthdays in Palm Springs. Once we saw this house on VRBO, nothing else compared. Bill, the owner, was very responsive and helpful with our trip. He even called while we were there to make sure everything was as expected (it was way beyond what we expected). Thank you Bill for renting out your house to us! We had such a great time and now have so many memories from there to treasure...

  We chose Palm Springs for a family vacation to celebrate a special birthday.We had originally selected another property to rent, but when we had to change our dates it was not available. Boy, did we luck out! We selected this home from the VRBO website. This home is everything the site describes and more. When you walk through the front door you feel like you've entered into a five-star resort. Looking through the home's interior and the open wall of glass to the Lanai and magnificent pool, the blue sky and mountain backdrop, all you can say is WOW, I'm in paradise. Our week here was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. The home is fabulous in every detail and the beds are super comfortable. The owner, Bill, is very friendly and was extremely helpful through out the entire process. For our family, this was the perfect vacation. Spending time together, relaxing and enjoying great meals outside by the pool.....Priceless.

  The property is beautifully maintained and a complete oasis in the desert in the most desirable and secluded part of PS. For the first time, having rented many VRBO properties, we can say that the pictures did not do the place justice. The presentation through the magnificent front door through the disappearing back walls to the exquistite pool must be seen to be believed. Everyone from the pool service to the property manager weere helpful and pleasant and the owner was always accessible. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Had an exceptional 60th with a wonderful small party poolside. Beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was available. Would recommend this property to anyone who understands that quality like this comes with an appropriate cost although that was not unreasonable considering the amenities. Hike the canyons. They are right outside the property.

  "There are moments you remember all your life; There are moments you wait for and dream of all your life: This was one of those moments." My abundant and heartfelt gratitude and thanks to Bill (homeowner) and Greg (property manager) for creating a timeless experience my family will never forget. Your attention to detail concerning the state of condition (high-end quality) of the property; your deep and honest concern for the well-being of each guest (there were 7); your ease and calm to provide whatever was needed during the stay; and, your ability to create a safe, exciting, and memorable life affirming experience for everyone involved produced a hospitality experience at the 6-Star level. The Interior Property: a magnificent architectural significant and design relevant home with expansive space and a perfect layout. Interiors and fixtures that are first and foremost in ideal shape and functionality plus are beautiful and provide grand comfort. The oversized high-end kitchen is a treat for any cook or chef (even the caterer commented on its outstanding capabilities); the multiple living areas are elegant and cozy; the large guest bedrooms would be considered a master bedroom in any other home (not to mention the attached casita for ultimate privacy); and, a master retreat that will make you gasp in delight and giddy because its yours to "live." (Note: the master bathroom is worth the price of admission) The Exterior Property: your dreams truly come to life! Starting with complete privacy - now add a 70' free form pool with multiple seating and wading areas (the tanning shelf is very fun) - throw in waterfalls over jumbo rock formations the spill into the pool - a large jacuzzi steps from the master retreat - stunning outdoor furniture creating multiple seating areas -and- a lanai that expands the entire length of the home: result, you've got paradise!!!! Everything about this property and the people associated with the property make for one extraordinary vacation experience - the kind where every fiber in your being says from the arrival: STAY FOREVER! I and my family will return to this property as much as possible in the years to come...its our ultimate family vacation property . . . also known as: PARADISE !!!!!

  We had a great stay over the holidays, house is perfect for families....loved the house - photos speak for themselves - especially the pool and kitchen, indoor/ outdoor living. Neighborhood is perfect location - close to downtown PS , grocery stores, golf and horse stables - horseback riding was great. We plan to return next year.

  In the first instance I would advise any potential renter to ignore the Review entitled 'Unhappy Howie'. Assuming that there is any factual basis in what is narrated there, one might well understand the reviewer's unhappiness. However, my own experience was as far removed from that as it is possible to be. It is certainly true that construction work in the vicinity had been ongoing ( perhaps even completed by now) but any noise intrusion was negligible and in no sense detracted from the air of tranquillity which characterised this neighbourhood. No sign of scorpions, snakes or any other unwelcome intruders (!) and I never,at any stage, felt that my family's security was compromised. Bill and Greg were a pleasure to deal with before during and after our vacation and , as I say, it is difficult to reconcile the thoughts of that negative review with what I believe to be the reality of the situation, which is this: This is a house of sublime luxury, stunning in design, beautifully equipped and essentially comprising all that is needed for the perfect vacation in the desert.I will not waste space reiterating all that has been said in the various preceding positive reviews other than to say that its all true.This house really is that good.Rent it now! You will not be disappointed!

  The house was everything we imagined from pictures on vrbo. Beautiful and spacious with the most awesome backyard area. The view when we walked through the front doors told us the stay was going to be a fun one. Greg greeted us at the house when we arrived and walked us through; giving us input as to how to run the pool, waterfall, spa etc. He was great and very qiuck to return a call when we had questions. Our group included friends and family that always have a great time together; more laughs than you can imagine. We have a fun time anywhere but to have a fabulous pool area, wonderful kitchen and rooms with their own bath's made it that much better. Let me say this one more time. The pool area is fabulous!! The bad review I read before we arrived gave some concern but now that we've been there it's all bogus. There are no hidden fee's; everything was plain as day in the contract. Bill called to let us know that our kw's were way high so as not to incur charges he recommended we turn off air conditioner, open both walls (another awesome perk!) and turn on the misters during the day. It was incredible how cool the house stayed; and it was 111 degree's out!! So, yes I highly recommend this house if you want to spend a relaxing fun filled vacation in the privacy of your own VRBO!! Loved it! Oh, and thank you again Bill, for the wonderful bottle of champagne you left for our 30th. Traci

The only surprises are pleasant ones, and I always have the property manager (Greg) look at a guests faces when they walk in the front door to capture that initial moment. I even thought I should install one of those flash cameras like they do at amusement park when you are about to go down a roller coaster, to memorialize the moment for you :) It was our pleasure to host such a lovely couple and their friends, an owner could not be happier with their courtesies and positive/timely communications.   This home is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, tranquil homes I have ever been in. The entire property is amazing and provided many hours of relaxation, rejuvenation, and inspiration. Everything was clean and well-maintained and the owner was very easy and comfortable to work with. I would tell anyone considering this rental to absolutely make it happen because you will not be disappointed in the least.
