Literally 10 minutes to The Strip or McCarran Int'l Airport. This is a brand new home that is completely furnished, and it's gorgeous! It's quite large with 2 master bedrooms, both have king size pillowtop beds and luxurious linens with a minimum of 400 thread count sheets, 27" TVs and DVD players in both rooms. One bedroom has a private balcony while the other has Strip views.
Living room has a fireplace and 20 ft ceilings with ceiling fan, there's a loft with a queen size pull out sofa and desk with all the office supplies you need. Wireless internet and cable television throughout the home.
The kitchen is fully stocked to cook a gourmet meal and service for 8 or just bake some cookies. Literally, you have everything you could possibly need. We provide complimentary water, coffee, assorted teas, hot cocoa and popcorn!
We also provided an assortment of books for your reading pleasure as well as board and card games! Sme of the games included are Cranium, Monopoly, Twister, Clue & of course Poker!
All you need to bring is yourself and clothes! Everything else is provided.
Our home is in a gated community and has a community pool and Jacuzzi for your enjoyment. There's a 2 car garage and plenty of parking. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry system to home. You can comfortably sleep 6 in beds with room for 2 more people on the couch, roll-a-way bed or pillow top air mattress, whatever their choice. We'll provide high chair and baby bed for those with little ones.
We've tried to think of everything you'd possibly need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. And if there's anything we've forgotten, please let us know and we'll happily provide it. We are a smoke free home and ask that you honor this policy and smoke only outside of the home. We've provided chairs outside with an ashtray for your convenience.
