  I was in Munich for 4 weeks and the apartment was great. The owner made the whole process so easy and it made my trip that much better. It was very much a "home away from home" for a the time I was in Munich. The apartment is well-stocked with anything you'd need, is laid out great, plenty of room, very clean and the location is great - couple mins from the U-Bahn stop, plenty of markets and restaurants in the neighborhood - a really nice, quiet residential area. With the owner's service, hospitality and the apartment itself, I'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone spending some time in Munich. Know it's where I hope to stay again when I go back.

  Die Wohnung ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man sich wünscht, die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, traumhafte Ferienwohnung, ich komme gerne wieder, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

  München ist in jedem Fall eine Reise wert und diese Wohnung ist dafür ideal geeignet. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und bietet für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz. Sie ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt. Der Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und gab auch einen guten Tipp, wo man mal zünftig essen gehen kann :-) Vielen Dank!

  I had the pleasure of staying in Albert's apartment for almost three weeks in November whilst working at the Bayerische Staatsoper. Albert was always a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to all my questions about the flat and the surrounding area. As a professional musician who is often "on the road" I can honestly say his apartment is one of the most comfortable I have stayed in for a long time! Conveniently situated for the subway and thus very well situated for all transport links, it's also in a quiet neighbourhood, yet with various supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I also much appreciated the coffee machine and the free supply of coffee capsules that came with it!! Thanks Albert, once again, for letting me stay; I hope it's not too long before I can stay there again.....

  Suppertolle Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gastfreundlicher Vermieter. Es ist ist alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Sogar ein Regenschirm! Außerdem ist Sie sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Zur U Bahn ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Als wir ankamen standen gekühlte Getränke bereit und auch Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühl und kommen gerne wieder,

  Kompliment in allen Bereichen: Kompetenter hilfreicher und sympatischer Vermieter. Sehr gute Anbindung an den Münchner Verkehrsverbund. Wohnung perfekt, sauber, gut geschnitten, ruhige Lage. Möblierung, Betten, Küche, Bad - es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. A..... und G..... vom 24.09.-30.09.12 während des Oktoberfests

  Nos recibió Albert en su departamento, muy agradable y nos brindó un trato magnífico. El edificio se encuentra en una ubicación muy buena ya que a 50 pasos tienes el subte a cualquier destino. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia excelente y todo es de primera calidad . No necesitarán casi nada para pasar unos pocos días en Munich ! Muy agradecidos por un gran gesto de Albert para con nosotros !
