Come experience Central Oregon, as you never have before, in our spacious 1580 square foot, fully furnished, two bedroom, Apartment (a third bedroom with bath is available on request). The Apartment is attached to our home on a beautiful 10 acre juniper forested parcel within easy walking, riding or biking access to BLM forest. Close to all of those activities you come to Central Oregon to enjoy. Conveniently located on the East side of Bend, close to the Bend Airport, Sisters, Sunriver and Redmond, just 10 minutes from Bend’s east side shopping and 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Bend.
A spectacular panoramic view from the Ochoco Mountains to the East and Mt. Bachelor and the Three Sisters to the West, is yours to delight your senses. We would love to have you share your time with us. There is plenty of parking, and power/water hook-ups for one RV. Sorry no sewer or dump facilities (call for RV rates). A covered kennel is available and horses can be accommodated, but need advance notice.
The Apartment is a No Smoking facility. You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen and an outside gas Bar-B-Q grill on the private deck, for those who prefer to burn their own. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace, large windows that frame a beautiful view of the Cascade & Ochoco Mountains, a view of the yard and pond.
Your inside entertainment has a 27 inch flat screen TV with a generous HD satellite programming package, a CD/DVD/VCR is provided and you are welcome to use our DVD/VCR library or bring your own. The spa is available at the end of the house. WiFi “g” DSL internet access is provided for those who need to stay in touch.
The dining room/kitchen has a huge granite tiled island with gas stove top and tiled floors with four stools, a microwave/ oven/ dishwasher/large refrigerator/coffee pots, etc and a dining room table. A large sofa in the living room sleeps one. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a private sitting area and a big closet. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower and a deep Jacuzzi tub facing a window with a view of the Ochoco Mountains and connects to the second bedroom which has two twin beds. Iron and ironing board are provided. Washer and dryer are available.

The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
We enjoy the views of the mountains, the rural atmosphere, deer in the yard in the Winter (not in the Spring & Summer. They eat Laura's flowers.) This is a friendly town to live in.
Owner's Map of Bend
We looked for a place to retire that had everything we liked to do. After looking all over the country we found Bend and Central Oregon. It has the four seasons, sunshine, fishing, boating, golf, hunting a hometown atmosphere with lots of places to eat and community activities "the perfect place to live". We built the apartment on our house to share what we found with others. It is a work of love, as Laura likes to decorate and display her antiques.
