Privet Nestor and Sveta. For the first in the trailer it was pretty good experience. We enjoyed the location. Most likely we will be back at some point. Maybe in the winter. Thank you for accommodating our arrival and departure timing. Best regards,

Nestor and Sveta...We booked this unit for our first holiday in 19years, and it was great. Since the quarters were small, we adjusted really good we enjoyed our month in Key Largo. Since we live in Canada the purpose going south is too enjoy the weather/outside. The unit was clean, comfortable, the morning were great having coffee before the sun would rise and again sitting there when the sun would go down and looking at the moon. What else can you ask for. Very quiet property ...Nestor and Sveta were there for any questions we had, making sure we were both comfortable...We had a great month visiting all of the keys...All in all we have no complaints what's so ever..Will return once we organize another holiday..

My wife and I stayed here for a 4 day 3 night stop on a two week vacation and had a hard time leaving. I was somewhat bummed on this vacation that I wasn't going fishing as I just didn't want to spend a lot of money for a one day guided fishing trip. Upon meeting Nestor and being informed by him about how good the fishing was there, I was kind of excited, but I didn't even have a fishing pole with, so Nestor kindly dropped off a couple of poles and I bought some bait ( shrimp) and must have caught 100 fish right from shore! Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference. We had a wonderful time sightseeing in the Keys and relaxing by the water. The camper was clean, water pressure was great, everything was just as described, and the value for the money was exceptional. We would highly recommend this place to others. Thanks again Nestor !! Hi Nestor! Wanted to drop you a line and tell you again how much we enjoyed our stay. Your place was immaculate, stocked with everything we needed and incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed the privacy of our own beach so much and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the Keys. Thank you for everything, we can't imagine staying anyplace else. We will certainly be back! Best to you!

My wife and I stayed at Pelican Harbor for our 20th anniversary. We were pleased with the unit, all was clean and in working order. Everything that was detailed in the description was there. Nestor was very accommodating with our arrival time (we were later than expected). The unit is small but for 2 people that have stayed in a travel trailer before, it was great. The location is convenient to town and local attractions. The outside furniture was clean and comfortable, we had some nice dinners from the grill. Fishing is also good, I caught more at the trailer than I did on the boat that I went out on. We even saw a manatee on our first morning. Understand, it is a trailer. Trailers have certain size restrictions, the shower is small but accommodating.

My wife and I spent a wonderful and very relaxing week here in March for her 50th birthday. We were totally relaxed by the time we had to leave, but really wanted to stay another week, next time. We meet Nestor when we arrived (even though our flight was delayed he met us within a few minutes. He showed me how everything worked. The trailer was very comfortable for the two of us. It was also immaculate. There were two very comfortable lounge chairs outside where I think we spent most of our week. These beds had about a five inch cushion so it made then extremely comfortable. I think we fell asleep in them almost ever night under the stars. We loved to watch the sun rise every morning and got some great pictures. The only day it rained, and that was for only two hours, we got a beautiful picture of a rainbow. The view was just awesome. Everything worked great water pressure from both the inside and outside showers, nice patio furniture, new BBQ grill, and place to hang wet towels, The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and spices. If you needed anything else the Winn-Dixie was about ten minutes away and it had everything. We went there almost daily and we used the provided discount card which saved us a lot on groceries. The bathroom is perfectly adequate and there is plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers. The bed was very comfortable. TV was great but we really only watched it late at night to put us to sleep. The marina was quiet and although the unit is close to neighboring units we heard no noise and weren't bothered by anybody. This place is superb value for money and has all you need to enjoy a Keys vacation. Perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child. Thank you Nestor we hope to come back again someday. Excellent cozy Property with an incredible view. Fully appointed with all the Toys; wi-fi, expanded Satellite T.V. line-up, BBQ, Lounge Chairs, Exterior Stereo. Extremely comfortable inside, no problems with the Toilet, could not understand one of the previous Guest Comments. We asked, we got the instructions "EXTRA WATER". Sveta was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definately recommend it!!!! and boy was the place clean, with x-tra towels, linens, coffee filters, etc., etc.

The place was well kept and clean and the bed was very confortable. The owners left detailed information about nearby attractions and restaurants. My only concern was the note above the toilet in the bathroom. It said that we could not flush toilet paper down the toilet or we could cause damage that may cost $500 to repair. When I spoke to the owner about this she explained that the pipes were very small and they could become clogged. She suggested that if we absolutely had to flush paper we could do so by adding a bucket of water. I think that renters should have been informed about this ahead of time.

Owner response: Response to Guest on 7/11/11; via E-Mail Hi Irene..... We did retrieve your message....and do regret you left early. With regards to the Bathroom, the Toilet specifically, we have always published this is a Travel Trailer, this is the only arrangement of Toilets in Travel Trailers. We do not know how well versed you may be, on how these type of recreational vehicles are arranged and their amenities. Please do remember this is a structure which can be pulled by a regular Family Type Vehicle. There is only so much Physical Space within the Unit. Understanding the dimensional limitations of the Unit, we believe we have adorned and improved the accommodations substantially. By supplementing it with; 1.) A Garden has been created surrounding the Mobile Unit 2.) The Mobile Unit has been situated on the Water with wide-open water views 3.) The Stereo System of the Unit has been expanded to the Exterior 4.) A Man Made Beach has been created 5.) Satellite Television is offered 6.) A Wi-Fi Environment is enjoyed on the Property 7.) An Outdoor BBQ is provided 8.) Garden Lighting is provided 9.) Underwater Lighting is provided 10.) The Metal Entry Steps on the Mobile Unit have been retracted and Wood Entry Steps have been installed 11.) Outdoor Entry Light Fixtures have been provided at the Entries 12.) An Outdoor Seating Area has been created 13.) Lounge Chairs have been installed w/ a Side Cooler. Regressing to the Toilet, attempting to compensate for our Guests which are not familiar with Travel Trailers. We have explored this option extensively, the option of replacing the Toilet, with one that has a Tank, does not exist due to the space limitations. The only Toilet we have been able to find is a Kiddy Toilet, which would seem out-of-place as they are only +/-7In. from the Floor. We do stock the unit, with a very Thin Toilet Paper in the event Guests do want to flush paper down the Toilet. Even though we are connected to Sewer, it has resulted in back-ups to the Toilet from lack of water flow in the past. This is why we post the sign. In the event, flushing the paper through the Toilet for you would have been a necessity, we could of reviewed it with you, and we would of given you additional instructions, in how to mitigate your desires. With regards to alternate Properties which do have regular home style Toilets. We do offer Five (5) Park Style Trailer which do have a regular "Home-Style" Toilets. Nestor & Sveta

Wife and I spent a wonderful relaxing week and had an immensely enjoyable stay. Sveta greeted us upon arrival and explained how everything worked. The trailer was cozy and clean and had everything that you could need to make your stay comfortable. A cooler outside, exterior shower, sunbeds, patio furniture, BBQ, a place to hang wet towels, a hose to clean off dirty gear like snorkels and fins. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, utensils and spices and we were able to prepare any meals we needed with ease. Buy groceries at the Winn-Dixie and stock the fridge-freezer to save money. The bathroom is perfectly adequate and there is plenty of hot water for showers. The bed is surprisingly comfy and there is a dinette for eating in air-conditioned comfort. My only suggestion would be for the addition of some outdoor storage for suitcases since we had nowhere to store our three large bags. But there are plenty of cupboards and drawers for all clothes and personal items. WiFi was good but there were some TV reception problems but who goes to the Keys to watch TV? The marina was quiet and although the unit is close to neighboring units we heard no noise and weren't bothered by anybody else apart from one night when we heard music from across the way. There is a laundry and icemaker close by and it's only 15 minutes to Key Largo so you are away from the bustle but close to the action. This place is superb value for money and has all you need to enjoy a Keys vacation. Perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child. Thank you Nestor & Sveta, we hope to come back again. Matt & Lori. If you stay be sure to check out: Scuba Shack at Seafarer resort for diving. Garl's Coastal Kayaking for a unique Everglades experience. Calypso's for great seafood. Mrs. Macs Kitchen for the Key Lime freeze and pie. Annes Beach near Islamorada . Robbies Marina to feed tarpon and Pelicans.

My compliments to you both!! Never have I stayed in a 24ft trailer but it was wonderful!! We are still happily married. The details were amazing!! Clean, decorated, great bed, everything you need and then some!! Even organic sugar!! The location, view and outdoor details were wonderful! We had planned to do so many things ..... tours, boat trips etc. Ended up spending most of our time on location. Most of our meals were BBQ with the exception of breakfast. Had planned to visit many restaurants but the quality of fish we could get was amazing!! Our neigbours were all wonderful and just far enough away!! Now we are planning our next vacation....... If your looking for peace and tranquilty and Happy Hour this is the place!!

Place is for the most part as advertised a clean inexpensive place to get out of the cold. Came down during the NFL wild card weekend to watch some football in warm weather. The trailer did have direct TV but no local channels? No football for me. No network shows for you.

    Recommended for: Age 55+

Owner response: We advertise the Property as having Direct TV which it does. As many of you know, contracting with any Cable Service entails the selection of a particular accompanying Channel Package. In an attempt to keep our operating costs down which allows us to offer a very competitive nightly rate, we had opted to limit ourselves to a Basic Package with DirectT.V. which does not offer Local Channels. For those Guests which do want an expanded viewing package, we do offer them this opportunity, if we are notified. We can easily contact Direct T.V. as activation takes a few minutes. The costs incurred, are passed only to the requesting Guest Party and not reflected in any General Increase to our Nightly Rates. This is no different than the concept of "View-On-Demand". We have found our approach to be the most equitable in addressing these extra costs. There is no need to charge Guests for a Service they may have no interest in. We apologize for any inconvenience this Guest endured during their stay, as we work hard to make every Guest feel comfortable while they are with us. However, we were never afforded the opportunity to advise this Guest of the options that are available, as we were never contacted. In closing, I will note, we are physically on the Properties Daily, otherwise available by, Phone or E-Mail, and do always respond promptly. Nestor & Sveta February, 2011

What a wonderful place to stay. It was as advertised, and we would recommend it to anyone who understands the "cozyness" of a 25 ft RV. It has everything you need and if its not there, just ask. (We asked for a blender and it arrived 20 minutes later; shrimp on the grill and Pina Colada's coming right up!) It was clean and quiet, and each day was special. Key West, the Everglades NP, starry nights, Manatee's and, of course, the sun rises...oooh, the sun rises... Hank and Donna from Pennsylvania

I was there from 7/19/10- to 7/23/10. Had to leave a day or so earlier due to bad weather "Tropical Storm". It turned out to be no big deal after all, but I still enjoyed my week as I did the year before. This is a little paradise. I love the peacefulness, no noise, during the week when most of the island is empty. My daughter and I, love to stay at this place every year. She enjoys the private beach and she stays there in the water for hours while I read a book by the water or just stare into the ocean to hear the water and feel the breeze on my face. Nestor & Svetla you are the greatest host in the world. I will be back soon!!!!! Mabel from Pemb Pines, FL

I can't put into words how special this property is...we stayed for a week and I wish we could have stayed much longer (but reality came a-knocking). We really enjoyed the gorgeous views and fantastic location, my fiance fished and fished and fished. The place is worth every penny (and the price is SOOOO reasonable for the beauty of the property). All the amenities made the stay very easy and welcoming...My fiance asked Nestor about an umbrella for the outdoor table and Nestor went out the very next morning and bought one for him and delivered it before 10am! SO NICE and THOUGHTFUL! We can't wait to come back for a future visit! You can't go wrong with this rental! Thanks to Nestor and Sveta!

Hope to get back with you about booking some other times, either where we were, or the one you have next door. What is the cost of the larger unit daily and weekly? The location of both of them is just ideal. Again, enjoyed our trip and also meeting your wife. Michelle

Waking up to the view of the Atlantic and walking outside to sit by the ocean with my coffee or book was the most therapeutic vacation I have had in a very long time. Nestor and Sveta were the perfect host and hostess. They greated us when we arrived to show us around the property and to make us feel at home. I felt very comfortable and at ease. It was VERY hot the whole time we were there but just outside your front door is the harbor with the Atlantic Ocean to swim in. But go to Miami or John Pennekamp Forest Preserve for swimming. Very clean and well maintained property. Many restaurants and activities close and not so close but traveling around the Keys was a great experience for us. We would like to return now that we know what to expect and maybe come during the Fall/Winter/Spring.

We had a Great time..... The Property is completely equipped with everything you would possibly want....very quiet place also. The views are incredible, step out, and the Ocean is in front of you. The outside seating area really worked for us, seating at the water's edge, coffee in the morning, lounges during the day for the beach, and the BBQ for our Dinners. The Outdoor Stereo worked well as the back-drop at all times. The Garden Lighting is just right, enough lighting at night, and it even turns itself on and off. It was extremely clean, all the appliances were new, everything worked, Linens and Towels were new. It is evident the Owners keep up the place. Very Good Value for the price, and the Owners were incredible. They greeted us at the Property showed us how to operate everything, answered all of our questions, had directions ready for us, for; Markets, Restaurants, and local area destinations. The experience was better than a high priced Hotel, we got more amenities, better service, at a much lower price. We would definately come back... The Thompsons
