While visiting our property take a short drive to to the historic cities of Ojai and Santa Barbara bike to the Ventura boardwalk or visit the newly renovated downtown area.
It is within walking distance to famous Mondos Cove a great local surfing spot for beginners and experts alike and the fishing off the seawall is excellent. On most days this property offers spectacular views of the Channel Islands in the distance. In addition sit on the deck and watch the pelicans, dolphins and seals play in their natural habitat.
The weather in Ventura is mild and sunny year round and the sunsets are spectacular. Barbecue on the deck or have friends over for a formal dinner. This beautiful home is for you.

Local Ventura County Families Enjoy 4th of July Get Away at Faria Beach

It was a last minute decision to find the perfect beach rental to bring our families together for a relaxing and funfilled 4th of July weekend. We were very lucky to find this Faria Beach Home available! This large home had lots of sitting area inside and out. It was the perfect setting to bring the Hernandez and Huerta Families together with friends to enjoy a grand ocean view from the large deck. The spectacular firework show was a complete surprise with fireworks showering right over our heads! We ate, surfed, sunned, napped and took great long walks. The neighbors were friendly and we felt very much at home. One of our favorite spots was the kitchen breakfast table where we could gather for meals, enjoy good conversation and watch the waves splash up against the sea wall below the deck. The gas BBQ was very convenient and the outdoor fireplace was a great place to sit around at night to keep warm. We definitely plan to come back and next time make our stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable 4th of July weekend!

Great family time as we spent a week at the house enjoying the incredible weather, the ocean and the nearby golf courses! Lots of room!
