A 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom town home with a pool situated on the resort of Terra Verde in the heart of Kissimmee.
This home is at the end of a block which allows it to have a pool, which is unusual for a town home. Guests can relax in the pool or on the block-paved deck whilst taking in some of the lake views. Inside the home is a great size for one or two families to enjoy their vacation. The ground floor is tiled with the exception of the bedroom so the house has a cool feel to it. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, the generous sized master having an en-suite bathroom. The house has been decorated neutrally and has furnishings that make the house very appealing for all.
This home is only one block from the clubhouse so is ideally situated for the community features.
Terra Verde has a guarded security gate house entrance which when entered has beautifully landscaped gardens and has a clubhouse immediately in front of you. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation. Outside the clubhouse is a community lagoon pool, beach area, fishing pier and a tot-lot for the younger children. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, a sandy volleyball court and a basketball court. The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is ideally situated for a fantastic hassle free vacation.
