Bellevarde Chalet is wonderful for one or two families or for an extended family! Located in Snow Pine Estates, Bellevarde Chalet features a real 'cabin' feel with pine woodwork, a pine ceiling and a cozy gas fireplace faced with rock. The kitchen, dining and living room are open and a great place for informal relaxation and après-ski. A deck with a gas BBQ is conveniently located off the dining area.
Downstairs, the recreation room has an air hockey table, TV and Xbox for the kids. This is a great place for the kids to play while the adults relax in the living room on the main level after a day on the slopes. The private hot tub is located on a patio just off the recreation room.
The chalet has full-sized kitchen appliances, all cookware and utensils, spices and a full- sized washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided.
The ski locker is located at the level entry just outside the front door- no flights of stairs to climb with your gear. Step into your skis at the front door, and follow the road or the trail directly to the lifts. Alternately, you can access the free shuttle, with the bus stop just a few doors away! At the end of the day, ski to the chalet off a green run. If you prefer to walk to the village, it is just a short 15 minute walk on a lighted walking trail.
The chalet is a 'townhome' style so we don't have any neighbors above us- you won't be woken in the middle of the night by someone stomping on the floor above your bedroom. The master bedroom (with ensuite bath) is located upstairs away from the other bedrooms for added privacy.

The unit has everything you need for a relaxing ski vacation. Pros: Owner was very accommodating, has everything you need, warm, comfortable, ski-in, ski-out (If the road has snow on it), ample parking, good value for the price. Cons: Limited view of the outdoors, hot tub feels like it is in the basement because the snow piled up blocks in the deck, very weak wi-fi signal.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We loved our stay. The chalet has a great floorplan and we felt right at home; it has such a wonderful feel to it, with the high ceilings, pine and rock-faced fireplace. The air hockey and the hot tub were fun for apres ski and the chalet as a whole was so comfortable for our group. The ski-in/ski-out is super easy, and we loved the fact that the chalet has a level entry with the ski locker right there. We didn't have to haul our gear and groceries up and down long flights of stairs. We'll definitely be back next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

About the owner: We bought the chalet brand new and have taken loving care of it ever since. It is a home-away-from home for our family of four,and we enjoy sharing it with our friends for long weekends and other getaways. Why the Owner Chose Big White:
After our first visit to Big White in 1998, we were hooked. Big White has great snow, a variety of terrain for advanced and for beginner skiers, and (we think) the best ski school around. We love the apres-ski, too: innertubing, ice-skating and much more. And the people are so friendly!

We fell in love with our chalet the minute we walked in for the first time. The entry way is easy access, the ski locker is right at the door, the boot-room is spacious and the layout is the best floor plan on the mountain. The main living area has high ceilings, pine trim and is so inviting. The kitchen is spacious with extra seating at the island- perfect for entertaining while you cook. The deck gets sun in the afternoon. We've put air hockey and video games in the downstairs rec room for the kids to enjoy, and we all enjoy the hot tub.
