Our property has a full ocean view, with two balconies facing the ocean. It comes fully furnished, linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, and all the stuff you need to be comfortable. Just bring your clothes!
***** We sleep with the windows open and can hear the sea lions on the jetty at night.
The condo is close to Point Magu, where they stage air shows, the Hueneme Beach Festival, The Strawberry Festival, and the Lighthouse are some of the attractions for the area. We are close to Port of Hueneme, a deep water port. The large ships that come and go are fun to watch.
In Port Hueneme, we have a nice pier about 300 yards from our condo. If you feel the urge to mimic 'The Deadliest Catch' you can crab fish with our pots. Catch a dinner at the very local Andy's Fish Shack located by the pier or feed the seagulls! They are always hungry! The beach is very untouched as you walk from the condo toward the pier. There is a wildlife sanctuary for the Snowy Polver and Driftwood Ducks. Walking and biking on The Bubbling Springs Green Belt is fun, you can go 5 miles while you follow a the waterway filled with wildlife.
Anacappuccino is the local coffee house, about 1 block away and an easy walk in the morning. Some local restaurants, like Friends Cafe, Broasted Chicken, Antonio's Mexican Food are all within walking distance.

We are from the east and it is cold, cold, cold in the winter. We decided to come out west for the winter this year and avoid our cold weather in Buffalo. Boy are we glad we did. First, even with the cold winter we had in California - my husband and I were in shorts! The house is teriffic - you couldn't get a better owner to work with than Gigi. Everything we thought we might need to purchase when we got inside the house was there - my husband and I just lived comfortably for 4 months without any worry. The systems and finishes inside the house are in tip top shape. It is obvious this place is not neglected. the view is so wonderful - we were able to sit on the balcony and have a glass of wine every afternoon. The only drawback we had was that the drapes on the windows do not block out the sun and you cannot receive mail there. But otherwise, we could not have had a better experience. If we return next year we plan on staying here again!

I don't usually write these things, but I have to say - we rented this property for a month in October....our experience was really great. There is no comparison to other properties we have rented. The house is clean, clean, clean, the furnishings are comfortable - the master bedroom has the most comfy mattress - no complaints from our guests about the guest bedroom either! The ocean is literally right in front giving the condo a great view, wonderful breeze and crashing wave sound. We had a great time relaxing every day on the balcony. It was tough to leave and gave me and my husband a chance to really decompress from our hectic life. We even hired the cleaning company to come in one time during our stay to freshen things up and were so glad we did. They were very inexpensive and made us feel like we were in one of the best hotels for a value price. We did have one problem with the TV and the owners took care of it immediately - it was like we hardly hung up the phone and the cable was fixed. Great place to stay! We recommend it highly! My family and I rented this property a few months ago. It was one of the most pleasurable renting experiences I have ever had. The owners, Marty and Gigi, were very courteous and accomodating. The home is fully furnished with a great bed upstairs, new appliances, hardwood floors, and a very stylish decor. We honestly did not want to leave. I wish this could be my house and not just a temporary vaction rental, lol. Seems as if everyone else is satisfied as well. Nothing but thumbs up here. I will definitely be returning to this property in the furture.

My family and I and had the pleasure of staying in this very stylish condo. It was conveniently located right across the street from beach. This allowed us to have a wonderful time at the beach collecting seashells, sand dollars, and feeding the seagulls, and when we were finally tired from a beautufil day on the sand we were back and ready for dinner in no time. There is also a pool and jacuzzi at the facility should you decide to take a dip prior to retiring for the day. The kitchen has state of the art appliances that made cooking quick and easy. It is kept very neat and clean. If you get a chance to time your stay, there is a Port Hueneme fair that is fun for the kids and adults. It was a great time had by all.

We thoroughly enjoined our stay at this beautiful condo. The owner has taken the time and effort to ensure the condo is well decorated and well supplied with everything for both a fun and relaxing vacation. The location is perfect...convenient to the Channel Islands, Oxnard, Ventura and Santa Barbara yet off the beaten path to where you feel like you own your own beach. Gigi is excellent to work with. We are already trying to make plans to return.

We had a great time! Our kids were in the water the entire time - the ocean is right in front of the unit, the pool and jaccuzzi are so close--they went in the ocean, then went in the jaccuzzi, then back to the ocean. It was so easy and relaxing --- The place has everything we needed! We will return again! THANKS MARTY AND GIGI!!!!!
