Finca Maridadi is the stunning and beautifully maintained home of the owner which contains antique furniture, beautiful paintings and decoration which reflects the owners personal taste and decorating skills.
Finca Maridadi is Caro Havers' own and much loved home and is available for rental from mid June to mid September only.
Finca Maridadi is a spacious and beautifully appointed family home comprising the master bedroom of 15m x 6m with a very large airy en-suite bathroom with extra large bath, bidet, separate shower and double basins plus four other double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom four and five which are on the ground floor share a full bathroom. All first floor bedrooms have French doors opening on to a large terrace offering wonderful views of the large and immaculately kept gardens and and mountains to one side and softly undulating countryside.
Finca Maridadi has a comfortably furnished sitting room of fifteen meters by six meters worth a large open fireplace. There is a flat screen TV with satellite and a music system. There is also a large CD and DVD/Video selection belonging to the owner which may be borrowed during your stay. The villa has a beautifully appointed kitchen / dining room with a large range cooker, two fridge freezers, and a dishwasher. The dining room has an antique dining table seating up to 12 people. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
The Villa has full central heating to keep you cozy in the winter and overhead fans in all rooms to keep you cool during the summer months. There are large flower filled terraces surrounding the villa, which includes a large covered patio with seating for 10 people for alfresco dining.
Finca Maridadi has a fifteen meter swimming pool with an ornamental fountain. The extensive gardens are laid to lawn and contain a wealth of flowers, shrubs and mature shady trees - ideal for an afternoon siesta.
The Estate is just five minutes west of Ronda, on a quiet country lane, in the beautiful Llano de la Cruz valley. To one side of the estate are spectacular views of the Sierra de Ronda and to the other a beautiful vista of fertile, undulating farmland. We are just under an hour and a half from the international airports of Malaga and Jerez, Sevilla and Gibraltar is 2 hours drive away.
The nearest beaches are at San Pedro, less than an hour from Finca Maridadi while the unspoiled beaches of the Atlantic coast can be reached in a little under two hours. An oasis of calm and tranquility, this is a superb location from which to explore Andalucia.
