Rose Garden in Cape Coral is one of the most beautiful residential areas of the region, and in addition, has high leisure value. Our villa lies in the centre of Rose Garden, near the Tarpon Point Marina, in a lovely, south facing location. The villa was finished and furnished by us in 2011. It impresses thanks to its elegant architectural details, the generous layout and the beautiful pool area.
The stylish furniture and decoration create a sense of well-being as soon as you enter villa. In the front right corner of the holiday home you will find a small office, from where you can send your holiday greetings via Wi-Fi internet. The cosy living area contains a large TV and with the help of our laptop and the Wi-Fi internet, you watch even German TV channels. You will also find an iPod docking station so that you won't have to be without your favourite music during your holiday.
The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are decorated lovingly and with attention to detail. The master suite and the queen bedrooms along the poolside also have TVs. Start your day with a typical American breakfast on the terrace. The comfy outside eating area is perfect for that. Long tanning sessions on the large pool terrace interspersed with refreshing dips in the pool let you forget the stress of working life very quickly. In the evenings, after a relaxing session in the Jacuzzi enjoying one of the unbelievable Florida sunsets, you can finish the day with a perfect steak for you and your guests from the Weber barbecue grill.

They are reachable by car in 10 to 45 minutes' drive and offer sheer endless entertainment options for golfers. Several of these golf courses were designed by legendary golf players Jack Nicholas and Arthur Hills and present a challenge for all levels of playing skills.
The tropical atmosphere and the local plants and animals provide diversion between tees.
