This Condo is located in the gated golf community of StoneyBrook Country Club. It has a relaxing view of the 16th green of the Arthur Hills designed 18 hole course. Enjoy the private pools and Har-Tru tennis courts located in each small private community. The two closed in porches allow you to enjoy the weather and talk your worries away. The community is perfectly setup to make people feel at home or to escape and get “lost” from civilization. The condo has been refinished and refurbished to make sure every night you stay you are as peaceful as the lakes found throughout the community.
The surrounding area hosts a plethora of restaurants, bars, beaches and the culture of Sarasota. The club house hosts a gourmet dining room, pro shop, driving range, practice greens, fitness center with sauna, heated pools, and lighted tennis courts. Additionally, reciprocal fees at a wide selection of other local golf courses are available from May through October.
The Condominium has nine-foot ceilings, living room and bedroom fans, three color cable televisions, internet, linens, towels, full kitchen and utensils as well as many other features for your convenience. The privacy of the area allow for undisturbed relaxation. The private pools, shared by only a small amount of other condos, allow for relatively private sunbathing and pool use.
