Enjoy our new arts and crafts home located on a private wooded drive in the Saugatuck/Douglas area.
The home has fully outfitted gourmet Kitchen with Viking range and stainless steel appliances. Great for entertaining with an open floor plan, including two rustic dining tables with seating for up to 18. There are two fireplaces, hardwood flooring on main floors, a large 25 foot by 27 foot lower level family room, deck with gas barbecue grill, and upscale finishes throughout. All slip-covered high-end furniture and Ralph Lauren bedding throughout.
The home is located on a wooded private road off Lake Shore Drive. Public beach access is about one mile for Douglas Beach and Saugatuck's Oval beach is about two and a half miles. We do not have private beach access.
There are three bedrooms and two baths on the second floor. The master has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two double beds and a crib, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The main floor has an office/bedroom that has a single day bed. The lower level has a queen sleeper in the family room and a double bedroom with a queen on side and a set of bunkbeds on the other.

We travel with a group of friends every year around the Columbus Day weekend. In 2003, we decided our destination would be Saugatuck, Michigan and we stayed at this lovely home. Needless to say, when we brought up where we should travel to for our 2004 "Getaway Weekend" the vote was unanimous to stay at this same house again! It truly has a top-notch location and is a beautifully-maintained spacious home with every ammenity imaginable! The owners are extremely nice and are a pleasure to do business with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We had a family reunion with 10 total people. We were very close to the beach and only 10 minutes to Saugatuck. We would strongly recommend this home!
