Hacienda Magica is located on the sandy shores of the Fatima Bay beach, in Puerto Aventuras, one of the most exclusive gated community in the Mayan Riviera. Hacienda Mágica, a gorgeous boutique villa with stunning architecture, luxuriant and vibrant Mexican style.

The Space:
Breathtaking views through the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows. Get a drink at the indoor bar to relax and take break from your tanning sessions on the comfortable sofas at the spacious living room. Access the terrace through the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows and find the dining table to enjoy delicious meals al fresco. The traditional Mexican kitchen will satisfy the most demanding chef needs. Feel the warmth of Mexico with our caring staff that will offer you housekeeping and cooking services throughout your stay.

Sleep deeply and recover all your energy on the comfortable beds that all our suites have. Find four suites on the ground floor and the remaining ten on the first floor, three of them with ocean view and balcony to enjoy the sunrise. All suites have ensuite bathroom, independent air conditioning control, safety deposit box, satellite tv, and toiletries. Kindly note, the base price is on double occupancy per bedroom and a minimum of 4 bedroom rent. If you require more than 4 bedrooms please contact us.

Adventure and fun Hacienda Magica is not forgotten, play a tournament at the full size tennis court in the interior patio. To more adventurous guest kayaks and paddle boards are available to use on the ocean to explore the coast line of Puerto Aventuras. And for reading, napping or tanning sessions chaises and umbrellas are available around the lap pool with view to the Caribbean Sea

For larger groups, corporate Retreats, Weddings and Events Hacienda Magica may also be rented with Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Del Mar next door properties. The Hacienda Estate may host events of 200 guests and offer luxurious suites for 90 guests. We have other villas close by for further guests.

Unbelievable service and food

Our stay at the house was unforgettable from beginning to end. The staff was extremely helpful and was available to our every need. The food was remarkable, and every single guest was blow away by the quality and quantity of the food that was provided (after additional payment). The house is fully equipped for practically anything you can possibly need at the beach, including sporting gear (rackets, balls, volleyball nets), towels, A/C, and even cable TV. Would definitely recommend for large groups of any kind. Be aware that an additional 10% will (should) be added to the listed price for tips, which can only be paid in cash at the property.

Be careful at this villa

my family booked this for our thanksgiving holiday and 15 out of 19 of us got very very sick. It really put a damper on our vacation. Not sure if the villa wasn't cleaned properly or the food made us sick. The staff was great but I would not go back ever!!

A wonderful resort!!

Hacienda Kukulkan had everything one could ask for at a beach retreat! From the scenic views to the amazing food and service, this house was perfect. Being in a gated community it was a very safe environment with restaurants, bars, shops, and ice cream within walking distance. With bikes, a tennis court, stand up paddle boards, and kayaks, all beach activities were easily accessible! The perfect vacation spot!!

A week in paradise

I highly recommend this place. Its is as gorgeous in person as in the pictures. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and overall fun to spend a week with. The food was delicious and authentic. The place is immaculate and close to so many fun things to do. The pool and view is breathtakingly beautiful and I have not one complaint from my magical week in paradise.
