I would come here again. It was beautiful and very near all that one could need such as grocery and bus stop. The condo was clean and had nice sheets and towels. I loved that even though it was a condo it felt larger as it was three levels and many people could feel not too crowded. My kids loved the kids room with two bunks. We did feel that Telluride was a very dry environment but the masters sauna was perfect for taking care of that "dry" feeling. Once in the town of Telluride you feel the quaint feeling of a lovely town and restaurants. We loved the weather, skiing and the town. Most of all we were thrilled to stay in a location that was so nice but relatively "cheap" for everything out there this time of year. I also enjoyed working with the owner, she is very prompt and very helpful when ever we needed it.

Our family had a great time. We were concerned it would be tight on space. We had our three kids and were there with our friends who have two kids. There was plenty of space for both families. Several times during the week we came back to the unit for lunch. It really is a short walk from lift #7. Although, lift #7 was difficult for our five year old to get on. Fortunately, the lift operator always slowed it down for us. We made use of Annie's Nannies on one of the nights and walked to town. We took the gondola up to Allreds for dinner and drinks. It was pricey but we really enjoyed the view and food. We will be back next year! Thanks Kate and Jaden for making us feel welcome!

Our family of 6 stayed for a few days of skiing. The place was very quiet, comfortable, and was great for our family. The vertical layout wasn't optimal for our crawling infant, but we made a barrier to the staircase and had no problems. The caretaker was quick to return phone calls and answer questions. Overall, we had a great trip and would stay there again.

Absolutely PRIMO location, 10 minute walk to downtown, grocery store is a pitching wedge away, the condo is very well layed out: each room with nice bathrooms, great open kitchen/family room for kicking back and relaxing, and realy great owners (Kate) to work with...very repsonsive! There is no place like Telluride, and to really experience it, being in town is the only way to go!
Owner response:Thanks Shredder! We are so glad you had a nice time. Cheers! Kate

What a great condo! It had everything we needed and more! Our only complaint was the size of the garage! It was a little tight for our car :) Other than that ~ great location, great amenities, clean and well-kept! The owners are delightful and easy to work with too! Would definitely stay here again!

... everything we needed was there - the location is perfect and conveniently located to the grocery store as an added bonus. We especially loved the view from the balcony - it's located on a quiet block as well. Kate is great to work with and very responsive - we look forward to the next time!

Had a fantastic stay for the Blugrass Festival. The complex was terrific and quiet, and this unit was great. We were making breakfast our first morning and looked out the kitchen window to see a small herd of Elk in the meadow! The place was really clean and looked well-kept. The top floor here is primo--great new kitchen and great room, very relaxing and good for the group to gather in, with comfy chairs and sofas. Each of the 3 rooms has its own bath, which was a huge bonus. The kitchen had nice knives and a pretty decent array of utensils. The cookware is nice, but it looked like someone had unwittingly run it through the dishwasher. All in all a great spot to stay on the edge of town. On the down side, for Bluegrass it's a bit of a hoof to Town Park--but that also kept it quieter. The furnishing in the bedrooms is somewhat spartan, and the ground floor bedroom needs either a dresser or shelf space or hooks on the wall or something! Also, a TV down there would be nice. The garage is fine for a small car, but won't handle a full size or an SUV. A table and chairs on the little balcony would help. Minimal stuff would maximize the unit, imho.

Thanks Kate, we had a wonderful time spending Christmas in your home. It was perfect. Very comfortable, and cozy. More then we expected and the steam shower is to die for after the long days on the slope. My entire family thanks you, and we will be sharing your information with our friends. Thanks again. Dennis and family.

What a great place, very comfortable, clean and affordable. The bunk beds were great for the kids and a great location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Having the 3 private bath's was nice since there was 4 adults and 3 kids. We will definitely go back, not to mention Telluride is so beautiful with lot's to see and do. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We will recommend this property to friends and family.

We had a great stay over the Martin Luther King holiday. The home is very well appointed and accommodated four adults and four children easily. Being located so close to the Galloping Goose bus stop, the grocery and the chair lift was great. We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Telluride and would definitely stay again (no reason to try anywhere else).
