Privately-Owned Clipper Court Villa is just steps to The World Famous Harbour Town Golf Links (Home of The Heritage of Golf" PGA Tournament each April). Walk out the front door and conveniently be located in the midst of all that Harbour Town offers from dining, playground, shopping, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, biking, watersports and boating activities.

Listen to Gregg Russell under The Liberty Oak in season. Bike to the Sea Pines Beach Club or the several miles of bike & walking trails in Sea Pines. Take the Sea Pines Trolley to the Private Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach, Sea Pines Center (more shopping and dining) or to the Ocean and Heron Point Golf Courses.

Our Three Bedroom, Three Full Bath, Two Story Clipper Court Villa has been totally refurbished over the past six months. New: Tile Floors, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Carpeting, Doors with Hardware along with Wood Trim and Fresh Paint. Newly Furnished as a Special Second Home with a King-Size Bed in the Master Bedroom, two Twin Beds in the each of the guest bedrooms that can be converted into King-Size Beds.
