Its great decor and fantastic location make this home highly sought after.
This beautiful non-smoking home features flagstone flooring, gorgeous hardwood floors and seagrass rugs. Granite counters and stainless appliances compliment the kitchen while beautiful hand-crafted furniture, original oil paintings and antiques are scattered throughout.
The living and dining areas are on the second floor to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The table seats eight while the counter has room for two more. But while at the beach, why not dine al fresco? The many decks (more than 1400 sq ft in all) provide enough outside relaxation space for everyone.
There are three living areas..... Children will enjoy watching TV or videos in their living room on the first floor near their nautical bunkroom while the adults relax in the gorgeous main floor living room on the second floor or escape to the 3rd floor tower with its wet bar, cable TV/VCR and breathtaking sunsets.
There are Three Full Bathrooms and Four Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a kids bedroom with two sets of bunks (4 twin beds) as well as a sleeper sofa are all on the first floor. One of the queen bedrooms even has a very large, screened in porch. The fourth bedroom is on the second floor and has a king-size bed.

The cute neighborhood of Summer's Edge, with its white picket fences and sidewalks, is located SOUTH of 30-A. Our home is on the south side of the neighborhood (closer to the beach) and on a corner lot providing privacy as well as plenty of 'breathing room'.
We have one of the best gulf views in the neighborhood! The two neighborhood pools offer yet another opportunity for fun and relaxation. There are miles of unspoiled beach, great bike paths, and nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of fun filled days.
