Located on the 5th floor of an 18 story elegant contemporary building, the condo has 1565 sq. ft. of living space, and 725 sq. ft. of a three sided wrap around balcony. Enjoy beautiful views of both sunrises and sunsets and the night lights of Rosarito Beach. This brand new two bedroom, two bath unit has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, rich maple wood cabinets, and granite counter tops. Travertine floors with dramatic alcoves and custom fixtures make this an ideal retreat.
An open floor plan of kitchen, living and dining room with floor to ceiling vinyl, dual glazed windows provides a great whitewater view from every room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has breakfast bar, GE stainless steel side by side refrigerator, range with convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in adjacent utility closet. There is also a double stainless steel sink, garbage disposal and revere osmosis water purification system.
Master bedroom with king bed has two sides of wall to ceiling glass with beautiful view of ocean. There is a large walk in closet and extra large bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and walk in shower. The master bedroom also has a double sliding glass door that opens to the balcony deck.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a private sitting area and TV. Large windows provide a view of downtown Rosarito Beach and also has a sliding door access to balcony deck.
Recreational amenities include a night lighted tennis court, two large pools connected by a cascading water feature, a children's wading pool, four therapy spas, spacious sundeck and clubhouse. A concrete ramp from the clubhouse provides access to a large, white sandy beach and marine rich tidepools.
24/7 guard gated security entrance provides access to tri level parking with ample guest spaces and beautiful landscaped grounds with water fountains and reflecting pools.
Located only 20 minutes south of the Border, within easy walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping - only one mile north of Foxploration. It is close enough to enjoy the night life and wonderful restaurants of Rosarito Beach and the Lobster Village of Puerto Nuevo. The photos just don't do it justice! You have to be there in person to hear the waves crash and see the view from the huge balcony. The condo is very homey, and you feel it immediately upon entering. We have already planned our 2nd trip; it's the perfect place to get away from it all. Try the nearby restaurant, Topanco, as well. It was fantastic! Thanks Jerry & Maureen!

We spent the month of Feb at Las Palmas and it was the best Feb ever. The condo is cool and elegant but very livable, Just ask our pups Flash and Chance. The condo is located on a clif jutting out into the Pacific giving you the most fabalous view ever and the most romantic sunsets you'll ever see (remember the one in Titanic well it was filmed in Rosarito) Whales, dolphins and seals were spottted off our wraparound deck, so we had a view up and down the beach. We highly recommend this condo and we hope to return next year. Joe and Dee

This property is one of the most beautiful places one could ever stay. The views are simply amazing from everywhere in the condo, and the furniture is exquisite. The owners are so helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay in Rosarito very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the fitness room, as an added bonus with really nice equipment, and a super ocean view. We can't wait to return!

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at #505 Las Palmas for nearly two months. We loved it!! The furnishings, bedding, dishware etc are very nice and has everything you would need for a short or long term stay. The condo is upscale, very clean and the views can't be beat. We would find ourselves just stopping in midstep to look out at the views. We loved the balcony for our happy hour with some of the neighbors. Not too many places can boast watching the dolphins play, while you are taking a shower!!!! Jerry and Maureen are super landlords and very informative regarding restaurants and things to do and went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. Rosarito is a very safe, fun place for couples and families. Tapanco Steak House, is an easy walk and has great food and service at an amazing price. We are already planning our next trip!! the Alberi's

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Every room has an ocean view and I couldn't believe my daughter's view from the guest bedroom. The wrap around balcony goes on forever. You are so close to the ocean you are guaranteed to fall asleep to the crashing of waves! Every detail for our comfort was met. Beautiful decorations and enough space to feel comfortable and right at home. Jerry was extremly helpful in answering all our questions and even helped refer us to a rental car agency. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are trying to figure out when we can come back again!

My stay at Las Palmas was fabulous! This home and its views are gorgeous and exceeded all of my expectations. The entire place is beautifully decorated, spotless and has every amenity of home. I loved the master bedroom with its comfortable bed and huge bathroom which included a whirlpool bathtub where I could relax with an ocean view. The sweeping views from this place are breathtaking and the enormous wrap-around balcony was used and enjoyed many times. The property location cannot be beat with it being situated on the ocean bluffs with a short walk to the beach and tide pools. It is also conveniently located to many dining, shopping and activities, and is within minutes to downtown Rosarito and Puerto Neuvo. I cannot say enough about the owners as they are warm, friendly and ever so knowledgeable and helpful. It is clearly apparent the pride they take in their most magnificent vacation home. I am eagerly anticipating my next visit there.

One word: WOW! This place was spectacular! The photos didn't begin to do justice to the breathtaking views surrounding us at every glance. We felt like we stepped into a model home. The decor was elegant and warm, and each room was incredibly well apppointed. We had stayed at another property from the same owners, and specifically looked to them when selecting a property closer to town, as they had been incredibly welcoming and gracious. Jerry really makes you feel like family, and will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable, offering all kinds of helpful tips and suggestions. We especially enjoyed the expansive beach, just steps from the property. And the ocean-view bathroom?....paradise!

If you like what you see on the pictures it is nothing compared to how gorgeous this property truly is. When my family walked into the condo we also stepped into a dream. Everything is perfect: The view is breathtaking, the furnishing is stylish and very comfortable and you can even soak in the bathtub while watching the spectacular sunset from there. Our weekend at Las Palmas was heaven and we hope to spend many more weekends at this dream home. The owners are extremly helpful and will make sure you have the vacation of a lifetime! Pictures just do NOT do this gorgeous place justice. It is exquisitely furnished. The views from all three sides go on forever and one feels that they are literally sitting on the ocean! The hosts are most accommodating.
