  • had a great time. place is well maintained and very clean. close to everything around cocoa beach and the cape canaveral docks and especially; the beach by the condos was less populated than the rest of the beach areas. will certainly try to stay again. owners very easy to work with.

  • Amazing place! Location could not have been better, parking, the pool and the beach was right there, not to mention space camp was only 15 min. away. The condo could not have been more perfect! Hats off to your maintenance crew, the place could not have been cleaner if it was my own home. Beach chairs, toys, etc. where all provided for. Publix a few minutes aways. Great place! looking forward to returning.
