The pictures don't do it justice! We were all extremely impressed with this property and we aren't an easy group to impress. Very clean and extremely well equipped. The community is very kid friendly and this property is located within a very short walking distance to both the pool and the beach. We just got home and I can't wait to go back!

This property surpassed our expectations! The house was beautiful - clean, light, well-furnished, spacious and the location was excellent. The private community is in the midst of other well-kept properties and no more than a five minute walk to the beach. We had 13 people (including 2 babies) in our group and it never felt crowded. Jay was extremely helpful and accessible. We would highly recommend renting any of his properties! Thanks, Jay and Betty!

We had a great vacation!! Could not have picked a better place to stay. We had three families in the house, and one babysitter. Each couple had a master bedroom! The kids had so much room to play and sleep in the upstairs area. They loved the bunk beds! Between the babysitter and six kids there was more than enough sleeping space in the center upstairs area. Great experience, lots of fun and great family/friend memories. Thank you again!!"

Jay and Betty-- Thanks for another great week in Destin! Our families enjoy our trips to Destin and have found the perfect location in Emerald Shores. We have stayed in Emerald Shores 3 out of the 5 times and stayed in Jay and Betty’s houses the last two year. They have beautiful homes which are equipped with everything indoors and out. Our families stayed in South Sea last year but didn’t need that big of house this year so we stayed in Bimini Breeze. Bimini Breeze location is great for both the pool and beach. Hi Folks, we've spent the last two winters enjoying the great hospitality of Jay an Betty Copic, the wonderful owners and landlords of this Emerald Shores property. Great location, close to everything and a heated pool all winter long make for a great start. How about 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms and a loft including two king masters? Jay & Betty, We just wanted to thank you for providing a high quality home at a reasonable price. Bimini Breeze was great. Everything that we needed was right there in the home. The kids loved playing football, soccer, frisbee and everything else you can imagine in the huge yard(biggest yard we saw in the neighborhood). The adults loved grilling and sitting out on the back patio. The balconies off of each bedroom were great! One minute walk to the heated pool! Four minute walk to the secure beach pavilion with restrooms! Loved livin' in paradise for a week and can not wait to book Bimini Breeze again. It was great to rent a home were you get there and it is actually better than the pictures you see on the internet. Thanks again!

Jay and Betty, We had another wonderful vacation with our family. This was our 3rd annual trip to Bimini Breeze. My sister and her family stayed in the neighborhood too. We had a great time and enjoyed having them to several meals at Bimini Breeze, because it has plenty of room and everything we needed, from the grill to the griddle. After years of renting homes in Destin, we've found our favorite home!! It's well taken care of, clean and a very cozy home. It's a great house with a wonderful "beachy" feel that is perfect for Destin! The owners pay attention to detail...we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation (especially the two wagons!!!). Hi Jay and Betty, We had a really great stay; perfect weather and beach. We even spotted a family of dolphin swimming by. The house and community were perfect and the pool very enjoyable. We had a group of 8 and utilized every TV in the house; most at the same time!! We cooked in the kitchen every morning, used the outdoor grill at night, and even made smoothies! We used the maps and menues you had collected, and the wagons and beach toys, too. It was truly a home away from home. Our grandson caught gecko's,and our granddaughters screamed! What a great time! Hope to stay with you again sometime!

Jay & Betty We just wanted to thank you for making the "Bemini Breeze" available. The home was everything we expected and more. The natuical theme was tasteful and the home was inviting. The Emerald Shores community very nice and peaceful. Pools were clean and grounds were clean and neat, the magnolia trees were budding and the fragrance was amazing. We loved the beach! The pristine white sands and emerald waters were as advertised! The home held our party of 7 with ease, and the extra "living room" upstairs is a nice touch. Hi Jay-Thanks so much for a great vacation destination. The house was great- perfect for our situation, with my parents and 2 little toddlers. Hello Friends!! Thank you so much for sharing your house with us!! We had an absolutely AWESOME time !! That has been THE word to describe everything per my grandkids and children- AWESOME!! The house was beautiful and so well equipped- we could not have needed for anything. Every single thing about our vacation was just perfect- from the house to the surroundings, the beach, the pools, weather- we just can not tell everyone here enough that it was perfect and we reccommend it to everyone and have reccommmended you all to them. As for us- we definitely want to return. My question is "how do we go about reserving it for next year , ahead of time?" WE WANT TO BE SURE TO GET OUR TIME!!! We stayed for a week in March with another family and our experience was great. The home is kid friendly (we have two toddlers), a 30 second walk to the pool and 4 minute walk to the beach, yet it is located in a quiet gated neighborhood. Owner provides two large wagons that make trips to the beach with the kids fun and easy. Private pavillion at the beach with bathroom facilities is a big plus. Home is owner managed and they go the extra mile to ensure that everything is right.

Dear Jay and Betty, We had a wonderful time staying at your home this past week. It’s so beautifully decorated and I had everything I needed in the kitchen. We have stayed in many condo units and 1 house at Seaside – I was always missing or needing something in the kitchen. Your home had it ALL! There are no negatives to our stay and our positives are pages long! Both of you have been so gracious in recommending restaurants. The room arrangement is perfect for 2 families. Our grandkids loved the wagons and the little sofa in their room. We will definitely book another week next year – we are hoping our youngest son and his family will be able to join us and we will try and reserve your South Seas home. It’s back to reality today and a ton of emails and phone calls. I’ll miss going to Destin’s great restaurants for delicious seafood in the coming weeks. Ya’ll take care. Jay and Betty - thank you so much. I can't tell you how much fun we had on our vacation and how comfortable we were in your home. Everything was just perfect. The location, the house, the pools, the beach, the restaurants it was all just right! We did end up calling and using Shana for babysitting and the kids had a blast. It was such a treat to have a night out with our friends. We were laughing because in the 7 plus years of our friendship, we have only been out as adults only 2 other times. We had a great time and I will certainly share the details with many friends. I loved the neighborhood. The walk to the beach was nothing. My son grew fond of Capt. Dave's (and Lobster Tails). We've been going to Destin for 6 or so years and had never been there. The Golf Garden was great (perfect for my son who is only 7). The boys found their way 3 times during the week. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had great weather (only one day of rain...but plenty of room in the house to provide the space we all needed). Thanks again!
