Tastefully decorated with a palette of color throughout, this two-story condominium has an abundance of warmth and charm. The entry area has a radiant heated floor that leads into a guest room with 2 queen-sized beds framed by a large window looking out to the yard. Further down the hallway, to the Master is a full bath with tub and shower. The Master bedroom is adequately sized and is enhanced with natural light from an expanse of large windows.
Stackable washer and dryer on this level as well.
Up the stairs, enjoy a large open space encompassing your kitchen, dining room and living room, all of which is tastefully accented by original artworks. Contemporary halogen lighting completes the space, and accents the well-equipped gourmet kitchen and the updated appliances: microwave, four-burner stove and ovens, dishwasher, espresso machine and more. The hardwood dining table seats at least 6 people comfortably. A bathroom and shower is off the kitchen area, as well.
The living room has a cozy wood-burning fireplace and there is wireless Internet throughout. A 24-inch TV with separate DVD and VHS is portable for watching from either the dining room or living room. A full-light slider opens out to an a huge wrap-around deck, that sports a gas BBQ grill, two large chill out benches and a 4 seat table and with chairs.
There’s a large locking storage area for your skis or bikes and of course the Bald Mountain chairlifts are just 3 blocks away for winter and summer play! Come join the fun!
