The ranch style home is 2,150 sq. ft. and fully furnished (Floor Plan with Basic Furnishings Layout Available upon request)and all utilities included. There are 2 patios, one at the front entrance (north side) and one at the back (south side) adjacent to the Arizona Room (Sunroom), they both have sunscreen roofs. Enjoy the patio by sunbathing, cooking out on the Gas BBQ and Eating outside. Also Sit on the patio and enjoy the relaxing nighttime star-lit evening.
Our location offers easy access Highway 60 and other freeways, shopping, hiking, and much more that the Phoenix area has to offer. Take sightseeing tours and/or trips to "Old Tucson" and "The Grand Canyon". Walk-in or drive-in the Superstition Mountains.
