The ranch style home is 2,150 sq. ft. and fully furnished (Floor Plan with Basic Furnishings Layout Available upon request)and all utilities included. There are 2 patios, one at the front entrance (north side) and one at the back (south side) adjacent to the Arizona Room (Sun Room), they both have sunscreen roofs. Enjoy the patio by sunbathing, cooking out on the Gas BBQ and Eating outside. Also Sit on the patio and enjoy the relaxing nighttime star-lit evening.
Our location offers easy access Highway 60 and other freeways, shopping, hiking, and much more that the Phoenix area has to offer. Take sightseeing tours and/or trips to "Old Tucson" and "The Grand Canyon". Walk-in or drive-in the Superstition Mountains.

This vacation home is as advertised and the owner is very dependable and professional. Leisure World is a Disney World for Seniors! The pool areas and golf courses are awesome! There is so much to do in the Mesa area. We had a wonderful winter adventure. Thanks for everything!!!

First of all, we want you to know that we enjoyed your Mom’s property. On the whole, we had a restful time and enjoyed our stay at Leisure World. Your Mom may be pleased to know that we did harvest some oranges and made fresh juice which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was also great to have a fully equipped kitchen with all the gadgets that one does not usually find in a rental property. Lots of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans to ensure that one could prepare just about anything. We used the BBQ a lot and it worked very well.
