Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have new flat screen H.D. Televisions, ceiling fans, and alarm clocks. Main bathroom has a tub/shower with hair dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher and sitting area for eating.
Living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. Family room has large screen HD Television with DVD/VCR player and stereo CD player. Family room overlooks golf course and nature area. The large screened in patio is well shaded and overlooks golf course and nature area. The patio has 2 ceiling fans and table with chairs for dining. There are also 2 chase loungers for your relaxation. There is a new gas grill for outside cooking with propane gas.
