Our newly acquired family home lies overlooking a small turtle sanctuary with a lakeside view. No expense has been spared in decorating our home for the most discerning couple/family. Romantic candle lighting can be found throughout together with luxurious towels and linens. The South facing screened heated pool and spa, ideal for the sun worshipper, is an excellent place for early evening cocktails and watching the beautiful Naples sunset.
There is outside lighting and a covered outdoor kitchen perfect for alfresco dining with overhead fans and seating for 4 -6 people. The heated pool and spa have night lighting. Ideal for a midnight swim. Our private security operated gated community provides communal pool, clubhouse, play area and is situated only 3 miles from the beautiful Gulf beaches, elegant shops and restaurants of Olde Naples. There are 2 televisions inside and 2 outside. There is an en-suite bathroom and one other full bathroom. There is a very well appointed kitchen.

We have rented many vacation homes and this home by far is one of the most elegant, cared for homes ever. The pictures on the website are currently updated and tell all. This home was equipped with everything..every time I turned around for something I needed it seemed like it just appeared. Briarwood Community is a great area close to stores and very safe for your family. We plan to rent this home again when we visit Naples. Sincerely, The Oldock Family
