  Had a fabulous time at your place Chris – the house is beautiful, so well-appointed and our family of 5 had tons of room to spread out The pool and backyard are wonderful and so private. We never wanted to leave ! You and Angela have thought of everything, and we did much more cooking than we expected as your kitchen is so well laid out ! The wireless was a huge hit with the kids, and the HD TV and Bluetooth audio was amazing ! Great restaurants, beaches and shopping all so close by – it’s just a great vacation spot and we will be back ! Thanks again ! The Kosova Family

  Thank you Chris and Angela for allowing me to vacation in your lovely home. The home is very comfortable, quality furnished and decorated. I loved everything about it! The pool and spa area is spotless and well appointed. I spent a lot of "me" time outside in this well screened in and private area. Lots of room, and all of the loungers are very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/dining area. I loved the fact that the master bedroom, living area and one of the other bedrooms opened up to the pool area, especially all of the large glass doors that opened up the full length of the living room...it was like living outside. And, very safe. The kitchen is well stocked, I don't think there was a thing I actually couldn't find. Thank you for having wireless internet and North American long distance, this was an incredible bonus for me (even though I wasn't supposed to be working). I'd like to say something special about the TV system, but frankly I never turned it on...enjoyed myself too much to waste it on TV. The location is excellent, only minutes to downtown, restaurants, shopping (and I did do a lot of that), and highways. The gated community makes for a very safe stay away from home. The house was spotless when I arrived and you cared enough to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I will recommend it to everyone (I'm putting it on my Blog and Facebook). Loved it! Thank you. Kathy

  My family had a wonderful time last week in Naples staying at this Briarwood home. The house was everything we hoped for and more. The house was decorated beautifully and the pool area is the best feature of a great layout. The owner was extremely helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay to ensure we were pleased with our stay. I have already sent the vbro link to friends that visit Naples with out highest recommendation. We felt "at home" immediately thanks to all the thoughtful touches. Thanks Chris for a great week.

  My wife and I planned a family trip to Florida for our family (3 young children, 5,3,1 years) and we had the good fortune to stay at this house. The layout of the house was perfect for our stay with an abundance of room throughout the entire house, the pool and spa were both a huge hit with the kids. We were very impressed how well supplied the house was, it has everything you need including great beach chairs and umbrellas which we used several times. The house is very well kept and clean, and the décor was very comfortable and inviting. In fact it was so nice it sure didn’t feel like a rental house! The location was close to shopping and everything is very easy to find (our first time in Naples). As well, the Security gentlemen at the gate were fantastic and our family felt very safe. I personally was a big fan of the outdoor kitchen!! I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a fun high end place to stay while in Naples! We will definitely stay their again!

  We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this beautifully appointed home. So thoughtfully planned as a square U with wings on each side of a delightful pool and lanai! There is nothing lacking in the well equipped kitchen with both table and counter seating. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ enhances the holiday feeling as you dine by the pool! The master suite is gorgeous with an extremely well thought out bathroom with a unique walk in shower. It has all the amenities you could ever want! The location in Naples is convenient to everything Naples has to offer.

  We have rented this house for the past three winters. We first chose it (selected from other houses we had viewed), because of its location (close to Naples beach and downtown Old Naples), the neighborhood, and the amenities. The SW facing pool means sun all day, but there is ample shade, as well. The spa and outdoor kitchen are great to have, and we spend most of our time outside. And since we stay for many months, we dine in most nights, so having a kitchen stocked with all necessary pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc. is a plus. You will not be disappointed if you decide to rent this house for your Naples vacation.

  This home was absolutley beautiful. Our children lived in the pool every day we were here. We experienced beautiful Naples for the first time. My husband and I loved this neighborhood, home and city so much that we will return next summer for a long stay. Thanks!!!

  We have rented many vacation homes and this home by far is one of the most elegant, cared for homes ever. The pictures on the website are currently updated and tell all. This home was equipped with everything..every time I turned around for something I needed it seemed like it just appeared. Briarwood Community is a great area close to stores and very safe for your family. We plan to rent this home again when we visit Naples. Sincerely, The Oldock Family
