  My wife and I stayed at this lovely condo from 5/6-5/13/13. The condo had everything we needed with lovely views from the balcony overlooking its own private beach and pool. We rented a car at the airport and used it to visit other beaches and towns which we would recommend. The owners Paul/Lisa were very friendly and helpfull and answered any questions. The pictures were accurate and the condo was clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend staying here.TB

  My husband and I stayed in this 5th floor condo at the Cliff with some dear friends to celebrate our birthdays. The facility was wonderful, the beach was in our opinion the best one around. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and had all that we needed to prepare meals for ourselves rather than eating out every meal. The condo was about half a mile from the Porto Cupecoy where the market was as well as a beautiful plaza and several restaurants. The weather was wonderful even though we went after high season. We rented a car from a company recommended by the owner and had a blast driving all around the island. I would highly suggest that anyone looking for a reasonably priced caribbean vacation consider staying in this condo at the Cliffs at Cupecoy Beach in St. Martin.

  This was our first trip to St Maarten and we didn't know what to expect. The condo is immaculate, well stocked and furnished, and in a great location with tremendous views of the Caribbean. The pictures are accurate and the you really have a feeling of 'coming home' when you return at the end of the day. Paul and Lisa are great to deal with - respond promptly to all emails and gave us some great tips on things to do on the island. We will always treasure the sunsets on the balcony with our bottle of wine. A couple of suggestions from our end - rent a car to really get around and experience the island and bring some 'cash' since many of the smaller businesses don't take credit cards, plus on the French side some businesses will give you an even up exchange on currency with cash purchases. All in all, we would definitely recommend this unit and a trip to St Maarten.

  The condo was phenomenal! It had all of the furnishings that a family of four would need for a weeks vacation. The washer/dryer was a definite plus. The view of the caribbean was unbelievable! All of the amenities (pool, gym, tennis, steam room, sauna, etc.) were great. The beach was also phenomenal. I really don't have any complaints...it was simply a wonderful vacation. Paul and Lisa were also great to work with, answer questions and offer recommendations. I highly recommend!

  My wife and I are SXM regulars who did not plan to visit this year. A friend was on island staying in a unit at The Cliff and invited us to join him which we did on very short notice. We needed three days for the remainder of our visit after our friend left, and wanted to stay in the same complex. We connected with this unit and owners through VRBO (which we have used before). We knew that this property is a first class, well maintained property. This unit was clean, well furnished and maintained, and the owner was helpful and answered one or two questions for us. I would recommend this unit to friends and relatives, if it is available at the right price. In our opinion, this complex is one of the nicest on the Dutch side.

  Perfect location, and the pictures from the balcony are right on. It had an incredible view as well as a beautiful beach right below. The condo was spacious, with plenty of light and facing the sunsets. As far as location it was perfect for us close to the french side as well as the airport and the marina area. A car is a must, parking in the gated area was never a problem. Grocery store was 5 minutes away. Could'nt be more pleased.

  Beautiful Condo...Just got back and I can not say enough about this place. High end condo in great location with gorgeous views. Balcony is right over the ocean. The Cliff has all the amenities you will need. The location of this place is perfect...quiet but yet close to everything. The staff at The Cliff was very helpful. The owners Paul & Lisa were wonderful to deal with... They sent us lots of info on the condo, island, restaurants & activities...highly recommend this place!

  I have been coming to St. Maarten for the past 40 years as my family owned a condo at Mullet Bay before it was wiped out by the Hurricane almost 20 years ago so I know the island fairly well. the Cupecoy area is the most convenient part of the island since its 10 minutes from the airport, has a great beach at the condo and is next to the Mullet Bay Beach plus has a casino and restaurants across the street. Another advantage is that you can get to Marigot and Grand Case the backway without having to travel on the more croweded route past the airport and thru Philipsburg. As far as the condo goes the Cliff is the nicest of the condos/timeshares in the Cupecoy area due to it's access to the beach, pools (indoor and outdoor plus serviceable gym) in addition to the condition of the building which is first class. I give Lisa and Paul credit in renting out their condo as they price it more competitively then other condos in the building but they don't hold back on features of the condo. The condo is very comfortable with a big screen TV in the living room plus TV's in each room. The condo was clean and beds comfortable and the views over the cliff were awesome. There was more then enough room for me,my wife and two teenaged daughters. Lisa and Paul were easy to work with and very pleasant from start to finish. I would highly recommend renting this condo out and I will definitely be back with my family in the future.

  This was our 6th time to St. Martin and this is the best place we've stayed so far. The Cliffs is a beautiful complex and I can't imagine there is another condo in the complex with a better view. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, Mullet Bay and Saba. In the afternoon you can sit out on the patio and watch the planes go by and at night it's neat to see the cruise ships go by as they are all lit up in the darkness. The condo is very well equipped. Paul and Lisa thought of everything - from appliances, dishes, etc. - we had everything we needed. In addition, they promptly answered any questions we had before and while we were on our trip. It's comforting to know the owners are available if you need them – and Paul and Lisa definitely were. I highly recommend getting a massage at the Christian Dior Spa located in the complex. It was heavenly. The spa is high end with the finest of services and friendly people. Everyone who works at the Cliffs were so nice and helpful. We have stayed in other areas of St. Martin but the Cupecoy area is our favorite. It has just the right amount of stuff to do (restaurants, casino, etc.) without being overly commercial. There are two grocery stores within a short distance of the condo which has everything you need. The beaches are plentiful in St. Martin. On this trip we managed to make it to 10 beaches all of which were equally stunning. And believe it or not, there are beaches we still have yet to explore. All the more reason to make another trip to St. Martin next year! And when we do, we hope to rent from Paul and Lisa again.

  Condo B5 was even better than we expected. The views were spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was spotless. We truly felt at home and enjoyed our stay there immensely. Recommend it to all and can't wait to go back.
